The room was pretty clean. Staff in the morning was super friendly and answered all of my questions, but I can’t say the same for the staff at night, they were rude when I checked in, and asked them a few questions.

My room was very clean , bed n pillows comfortable, overall the room was very clean. Only one thing I would've liked to see is better lighting in the bathroom mirror, my eyesight needs the extra light to shave . Hotel staff were all great and accommodating, desk personnel were so polite professional. The shuttle driver was great too . I will remember this hotel whenever I stop in San Antonio again .
