Was placed in the worst room of the hotel and it was not sold out inactive directions to my Room.Had to walk to another side of the building to get to it. Breakfast buffet was the worst i've ever seen and I travel a lot.

The room was terrible. They had double booked. My family was woken up in the middle of the night with another guest trying to get in because they have been booked in that room. Also, the air conditioners didn’t work. They removed three times in the middle of the night and ended up in a room with a toilet that didn’t work. This is unacceptable and no monetary compensation was offered for all of the trouble.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was not free we had to pay $60! That’s crazy, and it wasn’t even good. Only one elevator was working and it took FOREVER to get to a floor.
