They pulled a bait and switch. I reserved a room with a balcony which is the main reason I chose them. THen at checkin they didnt have any balcony rooms available. I paid for that particular room and it was a loss with no recompense.

We had a clogged toilet, l called the front desk and no one ever came to the room. The toilet finally flushed but would not work correctly. The bumk beds screws are loose and the beds rocked. The beds were super comfortable and we did have a good night sleep.
