While the location to our event was convenient and the service was good we will not be staying there again in the future. Our room smelled like marijuana. When we got home our pajamas and other items smelled like marijuana and had to wash everything immediately. And while this can happen anywhere there was screaming and fighting coming from outside which made our kids feel uneasy.

Horrible experience.. our room smelled like weed and was penetrated of smoke. On my way to the lobby I walked past a room they were switching the sheets on and those mattresses looked disgusting!

WORST STAY EVER

STAY AWAY! This place was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST we’ve ever stayed at. The beds were dirty, there were dry crumbled leaves on the desk, the chair has crumbs, bugs, and stains, the outlet in the bathroom did not work, the doors were dirty, the floor Was disgusting. We called the front desk the get a room Switch. He said “let me check rooms”then hung up on me and we didn’t hear anything back for over an hour, until we checked out and went somewhere else. Management there was absolutely NO HELP either. There is a Hilton 2 mins away that was only $20 more and was so clean and nice.

Asked for more pillows and never received them in the 4 days we stayed. Room service never replaced the toliet paper, we had to ask , as well as taking the trash out. No blow drier and no iron yet their was a ironing board in the closet. Pictures were not true to what the actual room was. Will not be recommending. They ran out of coffee two days in a row.

Pleasantly surprised. This La Quinta has recently updated rooms that have been repainted. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and microwave were useful. Breakfast was minimal but I had no complaints. For the price this worked out great. You might need to request daily service. That’s not a given. In 4 days, housekeeping never came by on their own. Otherwise, pretty solid experience.

BEE BUGS AND ROACHES

There was bed bugs lucky they only bit me and not my 9month old. I told them what happened and they only have me a partial refund. Please make sure to check your bed and sheets. The beds were so dirty and there was roaches in the bathroom little ones.

First room we were assigned to had a tub that leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The second room door did not work, beds were tiny, closet doors were missing knobs, the light switch to the room turned off the entire electricity to the room, blankets were torn.. I will not stay here again.
