Do not stay here!!!!

Arrived around 10:45. I was greeted by a man at the reception desk. I checked in and he swiped my card for a deposit. He gave us my keys as I was accompanied by a relative and my son. We made out way up to our room. We checked the cleanliness of the hotel room, as soon as we walked into the bathroom the sink had a disgusting old tooth paste stain on there was looked like it had been there for weeks there was also hair in the sink. I was immediately disgusted. We got a shower that was made for a handicapped person. There was no bath tub. The towels they had for us to use to shower and dry off were half the size of regular towels: We proceeded to eat a meal as we had gotten food prior to getting to the hotel and ran into a cockroach. Around 12:30 I received a call from the front desk, as soon as I answered the phone another cockroach came out from the phone. I was so disgusted. The front desk apparently had made a mistake and checked my family into the wrong room. The front desk attendant then told me I might have to go downstairs again to swipe my card. Mind you they had already taken my deposit. At that point I wanted to leave this hotel I was not happy with the service or the room. I will not be staying there EVER AGAIN!

First off they didn’t have tap at check in. An inconveniences for sure, then I book 2 suites, the lamp is broken in one, the other had no trash can just the tiny one in the bathroom. No ironing board and no extra blanket that should always be there in the closet with the extra pillow. Oh and cars were getting broken into literally 3 hours after we checked in. We have stayed at this location numerous times and have never had issues like this before!

Everything was very good. The only thing I didnt like is that the pool opens so late. (10am) I'm an early bird. I came down early to have an early breakfast and get a swim and little quiet time around pool at tje coolest part of the day. But it was closed. Ny tje time they opened there were many more people so much for quiet time.

So-so hotel with no parking

I was pretty disappointed in my stay. The room was so-so but what made it less-than-ideal was the parking situation. The self-parking lot is small, expensive, and unmanned, with homeless people and other seedy people walking around and bothering guests. I think parking is a general issue in San Antonio, so maybe it’s not fair to be critical of the hotel for that, but it will keep me from booking here again in the future. I will look for hotels with ample parking or valet.

Room and amenities were clean. Shower didn’t properly drain so stood in half a foot of water while showering, ice machines didn’t work very well and there was only one sometimes two elevators running. Good for a overnight stay but not much longer.
