The room look like a crackhead room chairs have burn marks on them tables have burn marks on them bathtub had burn marks on the fire alarm sitting on top of the counter with no battery it was not a good experience at all The towel rod for your hand towel was halfway ripped out the wall I should have got a refund

The hotel is very old and outdated, the office stinks as well as unkept, and food and trash is all over the walk ways as well as the picture on your website does not match what the hotel looks like as of today, its a facade. This makes me reluctant to trust your website because your website said that this hotel was a good choice, we also passed by many hotels in the area we were looking to stay in and your site took us on the other side of town.

Motel 6 decided to cancel my stay after i already paid because they said i arrived late. Im caught in flood/storm by austin teying to get there. The receptionist kept lying to me about available vacancies after i asked if i could rebook at the desk. I have never had my booking canceled for a late checj in before at any hotel.

The room was dirty and the sheets had cigarette burn marks on the blanket. The fire alarm was down and not working. The chair was broken I have pictures if you need to see them.

Within 2 miles from my convention which was super convenient. Room was clean but a little outdated and some old repair work showing in the ceiling and walls. Front desk staff were super great and friendly. Room next to mine had permanent residents that liked their herbs and smokes, my room smelled like weed the whole weekend. Would stay the night again if need be.

The place had people living there, saw one guy sitting in front of the hotel drinking a beer, another one sitting outside his room, next to mine when I walked into my room then another man was walking around with the ice bucket filled with ramen noodles being called out by the desk clerk asking him if he was going to pay another night, then another was drying out his laundry by placing all around his pick up. You could see his window decorated with a skull and a keep out sign with inappropriate words as if it were his house and another room had plants all along the inside of their window. I was there but for a hour then decided to take all my things to end up staying with a concerned friend in another hotel and asked to cancel my second night but was denied and was told it was non refundable. The room was also in poor conditions, had old towels and had a fly and a few gnats flying around. Definitely not recommended if you’re visiting San Antonio.
