Overall it was a nice hotel. I only stayed for 1 night. Check-in was nice and quick. The attached parking garage was nice and and door to each floor which was convenient. The hotel seemed a little out dated and had an older scent in the halls and rooms. I always take air and fabric freshener on travels so I would recommend you take that to this hotel. The rooms were clean but did find a few dirty spots in the corners of the rooms and baseboards. Overall great hotel for the price. I would stay again!

The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made it easy to relax and focus after a long day. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I was accompanied by my grandmother in a wheelchair & staff made our stay incredibly easy since I forgot to book a room with accommodations of a wheel chair!

Rooms not clean. We had to change rooms two times due cleaning issues. Rooms does not have refrigerator nor microwaves. Ice machine at the floor was broken. And they charged us for parking. The only good things is the location. Staff was cooperative.

Spend the extra money and stay at a nicer hotel.

The floor in the room was filthy. Hotel looked ran down. It was very close to the riverwalk and Alamo. If you’re on a budget and could over look cosmetic and some cleanliness issues this hotel is definitely for you.

Estuvo biennq llegamos a las 3'30pm y pudimos hacer check in sin esperar a las 4pm. Pasó una situación con el.AC y la resolvieron ràpido. El personal amable. Pero desafortunadamente me siento muy desilucionada. Para haber pagado 190$ practicamente por una noche. De verdad q no valía esa habitación ese precio. El AC comenzó a liquiar tuvimos q llamar a la recepción desde mi celular pq el teléfono del cuarto no funcionaba. El baño algo incómodo, la habitación, no sé, se sentía humeda. Sí, limpio, pero como había paredes manchadas, la bañera como vieja, etc. Eso no permitía q realmente pareciera una habitación limpia. La cama no era la mas cómoda pero estuvo bien, las almohadas muy cómodas. Pero realmente para el.precio, mejor hubiera ido a otro hotel. Al menos si fue lo q necesitaba q era poder caminar al alamodome. Por eso elegí ese hotel y pq lo hice tarde.

This place used to be a straight up 5 out of 10. It was fine. It’s definitely a two or a three now. Dirty, grimy, only good for like a single man’s brief stay. Spend a little more and go to La Quinta about 20 yards away.
