I had been planning this stay for more than 6 months. So to say I visited the hotel’s website a little would be an understatement. I wanted to know the ins and outs of the property and used the information provided to choose this property over others nearby. I was disappointed that upon arrival the Landing bar was closed (we checked in just after 4pm. This is the only place in the hotel that the daily $15 food and beverage credit could be used. The front desk staff was accommodating in letting us know that we could use the credit at the Market One convenience store. Not quite the same menu as Market One is basically an overpriced convenience store serving Starbucks coffee. Unfortunately this was the only option for food on site (other than the breakfast buffet) as the Landing was closed during our entire stay. This seems like it was possibly a last minute thing as I had spoken to the hotel just over a week before we arrived and was not told of any closures. Overall the hotel itself was great. All the staff that we encountered were very professional and friendly. The room was fine. Not saying it was a bad thing but it served its purpose. What elevated the room was the view of the harbor. We were on the 20th floor so the view was amazing. It was also very convenient that Enterprise has a desk on site in the lobby. This was helpful as we rented a car at the airport and were able to return it a day early at the hotel and save a little money.

Our stay was very pleasant and started at check in with Miss Yessica who arranged the best stay for our Christmas get away. She answered all our questions and got us settled rather quickly in time to enjoy the evening. Everyone from this Hyatt staff were outstanding. We will definitely stay with this Hyatt again due to the great staff along with Yessica's expertise and outstanding customer service. The Hyatt Team should be very grateful to have players on their team like Miss Yessica. Thank you.

A hotels first goal is to provide good bed and quality sleeping. The mattresses were sagging, and we ended up putting our head at foot side. Ghe head end was so sagged that the foot position was higher than than the head, causing reflux at 3 am
