The area was beautiful, but our experience at the resort was disappointing. On the day we arrived, there was a wedding taking place on the property. Despite knowing about the event and the potential inconvenience, the staff placed us in a room right next to the wedding hall. This area was directly by the lobby, where guests were constantly coming and going. The noise from the wedding—including loud music and crowds—continued until around 12:30 to 1:00 a.m., making it nearly impossible for us to sleep. It was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. Enjoy walk to beach and attractions. Pool area was very nice. Restaurant overpriced with very small portions but beautiful view and nice service. Will stay again.

I will say the staff is really lovely. Our initial room (a single room "stand alone" was dated and had a bug infestation. There was no water pressure and the toilet paper holder was literally hanging off the wall. We dealt with it one night--the bug issue was the last straw. We were then moved to the "tower" building that was slightly newer, but much louder. Dining was limited and pricey. Again, the staff was warm and helpful and the pool is crowded but nice. Convenient parking is a bit limited and the property is dated and pretty basic.

This was my fourth stay but first time in a 1st floor room. The room was right near the entrance to the tower and had a small patio facing some grass. We didn’t use the patio since people kept relieving their dogs in the grass area. We could hear dogs from inside our room and people going in and out of the building. The window had no sheer curtain so we left it closed since our room faced a high traffic area. Would stay again since I do enjoy the activities available and there are many things to do in the area. I wouldn’t book a resort view room though.
