We go above and beyond the recommended cleaning checklist provided by short-term rental platforms. We rigorously sanitize our properties before and after every guest visit. We thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, handles, knobs, switches, remotes, drawers, etc. The space will have air flow and windows opened between each stay. Your health and safety are our top priority.

**NOTE ABOUT EARLY CHECK IN**
As stated in the House Rules prior to booking, there is no access to the home or parking for any reason prior to 4 pm. We may make exception to allowing an early check in based on availability of the place on the day of arrival.

We will send you request for the cleaning fee amount if the cleaning fee is not charged onto your reservation.
