This was my second time staying at Bay Landing. The staff is professional and friendly. I feel safe staying there because the building is secure with card key access. It is located very close to the airport. A shuttle to the airport is provided. It is located right on the Bay with beautiful views and a wonderfully scenic walking/running/biking path. Breakfast is included.

The hotel is one of many in an area close to San Francisco airport. Check-in is efficient. The room is very nice, stylish and larger than average with a king size bed, a table with chairs, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is also big with a separate bath and shower. Wifi works well but may have an occasional dip. Considering the vicinity of the airport and major roads the noise level is acceptable. Sleep quality is good. Breakfast is adequate.

We stayed here after a late flight into SFO. Even though we arrived after shuttle service hours (12:30am), it was close to the airport and check in was very smooth. Breakfast offered many delicious options. Amenities were great! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to stay by the airport.

Nice looking hotel in lobby, but room has seen better days. Dried thick red liquid stains in several places on carpey--hard for cleaners to miss. Baseboards need painting. Worst of all, never received 4am wake up call for my flight--good thing I had a backup.

This property was adequate for what was needed. They have a little shopping area that allows you to just charge the card to the room. I called to see if we could have earlier check in, got confirmation, then when I arrived we waited 3 hours in the lobby for our room. Twice we felt like the check in person was trying to get us to leave and eat somewhere instead of waiting in their lobby area. Also, they offer “free” transportation to the airport via another service. That’s honestly what brought their rating down for us. The driver yelled at us for not tipping(we had no cash) and then the next day (I got cash for him this time from their atm) he refused to help us and almost drove off when he saw we were waiting. We loaded our own bags and he kept harassing my husband. That made it a bad stay. The place was clean, the buffet was great, the staff was nice enough. It is a little older and kinda smells like it but like I said, it was adequate

The hotel was decent for the price. The mattresses were as hard as rocks! The carpets were stained and needed cleaning. The bathroom was very clean and that is my main criteria! The breakfast was typical and could have been have been better. For one night stay it was fine.
