Overnight stay

It was perfect for just a night waiting to fly out the next day. The two things that need to upgraded are plugs in the room. There’s no plug-ins to just directly plug-in your phone or iPad. Also, the pillows were not the best.

Convenient to SFO airport, and a comfortable hotel with views over the Bay. They had a decent breakfast and kindly let me check in a bit earlier when my plane had been rerouted. I would stay here again.

We, unfortunately, had a very brief stay for an early morning flight out of SFO. Check-in was easy, front desk staff were all courteous. Room was comfortable for the 2 of us. Greatly appreciated that the hotel shuttle to SFO starts at 4AM, and you can pick up the shuttle schedule at the front desk

Tiffany and staff were amazing- everyone was nice, accommodating and professional (makes all the difference). Clean, quiet, and safe- what else do you need for a home-away-from-home. Although there were some issues with my room which I reported (you do too right? How else can a property know or improve?) they were minor and easy to fix. As a sighted non-24, it was easy to get my room CDQ (Cool, Dark, and Quiet)- crucial for proper sleep. The breakfast, while not a huge spread was very well done.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel, and our stay was enjoyable. The one thing that caused us problems was the heating and a/c unit. Our room was cold, and none of our temperature changes on the thermostat made any improvement. After several attempts on our own over several hours, we stopped at the front desk, mentioned the problem, and while we were out, the maintenance staff resolved the issue. I recommend some kind of written instructions be provided. The thermostat for this unit was unlike anything I’ve seen before, and it was not obvious which symbol should be selected to set the unit to heat the room. We appreciate the prompt response once the staff was notified of the situation.
