Welcoming, clean and reliable, a staple of Best Western. Always a safe haven wherever you go. One small note: if you take airport shuttle, make sure to have plenty of time before your flights, as the shuttle makes multiple stops before arriving to the airport eventually.

The first room we checked into had blue painters tape on the window and a gap between the two windowpanes. It was raining and there was a puddle on top of the heater. We called the front desk and they gave us a new room. This room was better but the curtain was ripped. We also ate and the restaurant. The food was just ok and the service was so slow! It took over two hours total and it wasn’t busy at all!

Front desk was nice, gave me free bottle of water later in the evening when i returned to the hotel. The shower walls were not properly cleaned (there was some yellowish substance on the walls). The toilet was rather old and did not flush well. Water pressure on the shower was very weak as well. Please provide more sheets for the bed, the room gets very cold at night.

I wasn’t aware of parking fee in this property when checking in, the heating unit was broken, room was freezing on March 7th mid night. But their breakfast foods in the morning were excellent so I just let it go on the complaints. Just imagine you are sleeping in freezing hotel for one night.

Good price, but poor value

Hotel close to airport so location excellent. Bed sheets were very worn and rough. Check out staff not so friendly. Would likely look to stay elsewhere next visit.
