What a fun and unique hotel. Loved the cozy little rooms and their lobby was amazing (first time I’ve ever purposely hung out in a lobby). Plus “come and go” breakfast option was lovely - started the day with a latte and came back for more later. Highly recommend

Very cool hotel concept. Room is very bright and clean which I like. Lobby public area is very modern and pretty. Nice to sit there read a book and enjoy a cup of coffee. Great hotel for people who travel alone for work or young couple who enjoy technology.

This is the 2nd Citizen M we have stayed at and it has yet to disappoint. The rooms are perfect for sleeping and relaxing after a day of sight-seeing. The staff and amenities are all excellent. I love the breakfast buffet and the availability of small plates and cocktails all day.
