Comfortable and convenient

Room is compact, much like a cabin on a cruise ship, but well designed and comfortable. The hotels is a great place for a couple of days in the city. The rooms was very quiet even though we were on the street side.

My stay at this property made my visit to San Francisco even better. Very easy to find from Powell train station. Next to the Cable Cars. Very nice staff, always very helpful, especially when I checked in. Loved the tablet which you could remote from. Easy to use shower and they give money to charity when you don't have them clean your room(no need every day) Good environment on floor 3. Thank you for a great stay.

incredible stay at this hotel!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The entire experience felt futuristic and innovative, everything in the room is powered by an iPad or phone app, making it super convenient and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. Sunday and Fernie were absolutely amazing, so welcoming, friendly, and full of great local recommendations. Their hospitality alone is enough to make me want to return and continue recommending this hotel to friends and family. Another highlight was the sense of security. The building exterior is monitored by a security guard, which gave me extra peace of mind during my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in every way, from technology and amenities to the incredible staff. I can’t wait to come back!

We loved this stay. The staff was friendly and the location was great. I was a little hesitant to book because the size of the room ,knowing it was advertised as a small pod type of room…. but figured we would only be sleeping there… I was pleasantly surprised that it was more than enough space for two people. Cute modern and clean. Will defiantly be back.

Hotel is in downtown san francisco, so very easy to get around using public transit. Hotel was clean but the rooms are def on the smaller end.

Safe hotel because theres a doorman at the entrance and you can only get up to the lobby with a key. Has a bar, able to order food from the kitchen I believe until 3am. Alot of lounging areas with alot of art pieces. Hotel rooms are small but I personally dont need huge spaces because I am not in the room all day. Bed was comfortable for me. Tiny fridge. Overall will be back again
