We had a reservation for one night at the end of a long flight. Our flight was delayed with an estimated 2:00 am arrival. I phoned the hotel, and they kept our room as they sold out for the night. So grateful for that service!

The room did not look like the photos online. I was very disappointed with the room that we got as I picked the hotel for the bathroom and we got a different type of bathroom. Plus, the windows did not really keep the sound of the planes from being loud.. I could not sleep that well.
