I was appreciative I was able to check in a hr early, my room had 1/2 roll toilet paper for 5 people. Ice machine was not working and had to go downstairs for addl toilet paper.

The front desk people could be a little more helpful, and the shower was out of conditioner and we ran out of toilet paper. Also when there is six people in a room maybe a few more towels and cups would be nice

My only complaint was the hot tub was packed with kids. Small kids with no swimmers on. Plus the people in the room next to us were having a party until 130 in the morning. Other than that we loved it and would stay again

My kids were able to swim in the pool , we got kicked out twice, didn’t give us a time when we could come back when it opened . That was the whole Point of booking there for them to be able to swim .
