Neat and tidy

Stayed 2 nights. Nice clean room. Bed a little on the hard side and shower lacked a bit of pressure but not significant issues. I would stay here again for a layover.

I was impressed! Clean, safe parking off street, esrly shuttle, fancy coffee machine, bright, cheery, friendly helpful staff and bonus is just 2 blocks from Lil small downtown San Bruno with lots of options to eat! Bonus also close to airport with no noise.

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. My room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was being on the street meant a somewhat noisy night which made it difficult to sleep. I appreciated the extra towels in my room. Two things missing were conditioner and cups. The shuttle was practical and on time.

We waited for the shuttle for an hour at the airport and it never showed. I called the hotel multiple times and they said 5-10 minutes, so we waited. After waiting for an hour we had to take an uber and pay $25. Shuttle from airport is not reliable. Staff is okay, but didn’t really give us an answer and didn’t really know what they were doing. Place is small and not overly clean.

Comfortable but Aggravating

The property was a great location, very clean, very comfortable. Our room had 2 queen beds. After arriving at 10p for our 5am flight, we realized one of the beds was soaked with water right in the middle of the bed. We requested a changed of linens. The front desk brought up a comforter and said that's all that was available, no other sheets were available. We had to strip down the bed and lay on top of the comforter. We tried to use the dryer in the laundry room, but you have to download the app, and apply money to the app. The dryer cost $5 but the app was a minimum $10. After dealing with this issue until midnight, we went to sleep so we could be up at 3am for the airport. We were very disappointed that more wasn't done to help us not sleep in a soaked bed.
