Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I specifically searched for a hotel with a heated pool and hot tub. Both of these were closed for our stay. I would not have stayed here if I had known this.

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation at the San Carlos Marriott Inn. The staff were cordial and responsive to our needs. The only recommendation would be the breakfast items. The food mediocre at best. If the food would have been tastier, I would have rated the service with five stars.

It was not quiet at 5am due to truck loading/unloading noises vs construction possibly… The room’s temperature felt uneven, one bedroom was warm and other bedroom cool. One controls the section we chose. Dining room / front area seating for meals were a bit dirty on the floor. Saw a broken glass bottom of a champagne glass and a rubber bottom part of a chair? Overall, it is a very modern looking type of a hotel. Been to other Residence Marriott’s..that I rated 5 stars. Sorry, this one is only a 3
