The property is a work in progress, undergoing major renovation from what was clearly a dilapidated state. It's still a job site as of Jan. 2025, but our room was clean and comfortable. The furniture was all new, but the plumbing is not, so the shower was quite weak. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the pool looked inviting. If you're the fussy type, you'll want to spend some more $$$ and stay in a nicer place in a nicer neighborhood, but it worked out fine for us, and I will keep it on my list of SF options.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They charged for everything. $60 a night for parking, $20 a night because they had a pool. Screaming sirens and other guest ALL night long. There was no microwave, no fridge. The tub did not drain. No hot water.

Horrible Stay

No hot water, outside room window was covered in bird poop, shower doors were hard to close, broken barely hanging on. Poor location.

Bad area, no restaurants or stores at all within walking or driving distance. For a place that doesn't have breakfast options or extremely limited breakfast options it's an extreme inconvenience. Lost of homeless and drug addicts around but that's typical in San Francisco these days. My biggest complaint is my bathroom upon arrival was NOT cleaned. There were urine droplets on the toilet seat that were very noticeable and probably done by the cleaning staff. Also my night stand table had something spilled on it so that wasn't at all wiped either. The room was freezing cold at night. The bed did appear to be clean but after seeing the urine the whole bathroom felt off for me.

This was a perfect stay and the staff and valet attendants were so helpful! I was able to schedule my leaves and we had lost a little boot belt and they handed it to us up front and I thought that was very thoughtful! We appreciated the accommodation that came up abd highly recommend this place!

Clean, secure, friendly

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our door wouldn't lock, but they fixed it right away. The property felt secure and safe. Discrepancy in charges of parking vs what I was quoted on the phone. My bill was adjusted but I had to ask. Shower had no pressure at all! This seems usual for hotels but it was below normal pressure. They had early morning construction that woke us at 7:30! No warning or notification about it. This would've been great to know about in advance. Sounds like I'm complaining a lot but aside from construction, our overall stay was nice.

You paying more in the end.

First trip to SF.. was shocked tonlearn that parking at the hotel cost us 70 on top of the reservation.. it may be a SF thing, but I was not informed ahead of time.. besides the extra fees thatvare charged it was just a basic room and met its purpose.
