The room was fine. The beds were comfortable but the pull out bed had springs poking my daughter in the back. Not comfy. The bathroom was kind of dirty, dust and hair stuck in the corners. The room was tiny and it was pouring rain so when we stepped into the room, we immediately made the floors soaking wet. The doors didn't seal, we could see light around the edges of the door. It was also very loud, the people around us were running around and banging doors late into the night and again very early in the morning. It was very disruptive to all of us, we didn't sleep well. The room itself was updated, but the bathroom could have been more clean and the noise level was not pleasant. We did enjoy the location, very convenient to all the major sights.

Everything was great; clean room, friendly staff. The motel is closed to public transportation, free parking and quiet and safe location. We were very happy with our stay. Highly recommended

Courteous staff upon check-in and check-out. Renovated rooms, while small, were comfortable w/ a king size bed. Bathroom was spacious enough for two people. Visited in December and room and bathroom was very cold, even w/ heater on. Room needs more storage. Perfect location. FREE PARKING!!

Parking was easy and a nice perk that it was not an additional cost as most SF hotels charge. Rooms were decent and updated, but there were little to no amenities. Two of our rooms had central heat issues that ended up resulting in one of my parties being moved to another room. And the staff at check-in was VERY rude and unpleasant. They had made a mistake with one of my six rooms, and she was trying to argue with me about it. saying that one of them was a different type of rooms. Eventually she fixed the issues but begrudgingly and almost like we were bothering her.
