Yes the room was neglected and in bad shape. We checked in after 8pm so we had to use virtual check in and nobody was available in the office when I left at 8am.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t speak to a staff member at the front desk at all. The room is cheap furniture and cheap renovations.

Water pressure was too weak, sheets had a blood stain and there was a dirty tissue on the floor next to the toilet when we checked in. Bathroom windows had some mold on it, the bedroom blinds would not close all the way (it was loose) and the property was cheaply remodeled, you could see it on some details like the bed quality and shower floor, which was buckling and slippery, and also one the outlets wasn’t working.
