This Hyatt is in a perfect spot just up the street from Oracle Park at just .8 miles a way. It was an easy walk and relatively clean for as far as a major city goes. In the immediate area there is dining and a Target just a couple blocks a way. Overall a good experience and will be back.

I arrived very late, but I still expected better service from Hyatt. It took a while for anyone to come to the desk, then we struggled with the card reader and a slight language barrier. Small irritants, no big deal. But the kicker was that parking was to be $90. $90! It was 1am and check out was in 11 hours, and they wanted NINETY DOLLARS. Nope. I parked across the street for $22. The room was nice and stylish and clean. As with every hotel, the bathroom was poorly designed and the room didn’t have enough lighting. But the view and location were excellent.

Excellent location, stay, views, and amenities. I arrived early to store my luggage, but they checked me in about 11:15 am. I even got a $15 voucher for The Market and a 15% off for the restaurant.

Worth Staying at Again

Clean rooms with enough amenities. Housekeeping was great. Tables for afternoon and evening dining could have been integrated with the casual comfortable seating in the lobby, and the menu selection could use some added variety. Alcoholic drinks were focused on dry and bitter. The fitness studio was fantastic with lots to offer. No swimming pool unless I just missed it. Personnel were professional, courteous and helpful.
