This is one of my favorite properties to stay at now when I visit SF. It’s such a convenient place to stay as it’s located right around the corner from the MOMA, Union Square, and down the street from China Town. If you get to stay on a higher floor, you’ll have striking views of the city. There are quite a few restaurants around the hotel featuring different cuisines that are sure to satisfy any craving you have. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property as well and I felt very safe staying there. The group has done an excellent job in maintaining it and their staff are very friendly. I recommended staying here if you can!

Very comfortable. Quiet. Has everything you need. Bar area very cold as the main doors open directly on to it. Food goes cold quick. Valet parking only at $79 per night. Fixed cost for breakfast of ~$35 regardless of what you eat. Nice shop in the hotel to buy basic snacks - expensive but cheaper than breakfast.

Room was clean, a view of downtown street which was beautiful during the day and night. Front desk service, Sara, in particular was very helpful! Disappointed that the bar and limited dining wasn't available until 5PM and no room service. The Market was available for delivery to room, though I did have problems using their app

The check in was easy and the receptionist was very pleasant and willing to change our room because the one reserved for us wasn 't ready. The room was squeaky clean and a little larger than usual. The bed was very comfortable. Having a store for sundries and gifts would have added to the experience, as would have a coffee shop or cafe.
