I recently had the pleasure of staying at Timbri Hotel San Francisco and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The room design was not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a calming space to relax after a long day. The quality of the in-room products was a welcoming touch, reflecting attention to detail and guest comfort. While the hotel itself is located in a lively part of the city, the inside was a quiet escape from the outside environment. The staff were absolutely amazing and treated me like a queen. They were genuinely attentive and had an answer for every question making my stay feel personal. I also want to commend the hotel's visible efforts toward sustainability. It is inspiring to see environmentally conscious practices encouraged without compromising on comfort or quality. Overall, the Timbri hotel strikes a perfect balance between thoughtful design, genuine hospitality, and responsible values. I look forward to staying here again!

Nice place in bad area

The hotel is very nice and clean. The service is excellent. However the area surrounding it is like skid row. Homeless people laying on the street. And lots of shady characters just hanging around in groups. Its good if you just need to sleep for one night at a reasonable price but would not stay for more than that.

The property was not in a good part of town and there was numerous homeless people.And human waste on the sidewalks it was is really gross. I did like the property a lot.As they were very clean and it was a newer building.Only 4 years old and everybody, there was so helpful and polite.That part of the trip was just wonderful.

Hotel is located right near crack central which makes it a little sketchy to go out at night. We did have a problem with our first bed. The one side was played right out. The staff was nice enough to let us switch rooms. My gf unfortunately left her phone charger in the previous room. We let the staff know right away and they said someone would look into it. We never heard anything back even though they said they would let us know. Toss on there resort fees and expensive drinks on the roof top bar, I can honestly say I’d never stay here again.

look elsewhere if in SF for work

hotel and service were ok. no ironing board or iron. no hairdryer. no mini bar as stated on website. soap dispenser was broken. neighborhood is super sketchy snd someone was balsting music across the street all night that significantly disrupted sleep. wasnt hotel's fault but definitely will not stay again.

The property itself was excellent, staff were friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in were very clean and up to date, cleaning staff were sent daily to tighty things up and restock anything we used (sheets&towles). The upstairs breakfast area was also very nice and clean, the food itself was very good menu had good choices for all and had a nice view of the city. The only downside to this place was the area around it being in Tenderloin it has a huge problem with homelessness and sketchy people around the hotel and around the area in general. The hotel does provide outside security so that eased us a bit. I had no problem walking around and getting out of the area via Uber or walking just a heads up for anyone other then that my experience was lovely I would stay there again.

Very unsafe neighborhood homeless is a cross the street smells of u·rine/ marjuwanna in front of the building there was noise till 3am in the morning with loud music the people screaming and yelling as well siren's are ringing all night the room itself has no chairs to use for the table they provide while the overhead lamps hung so low you’ll hitting your head on it while sitting at the table trying to work and eat

The property was OK. The restaurant was excellent (only ate breakfast there). The area around the hotel was full of drug users and homeless people and very dirty with lots of garbage. In the room there was a table with a large glass lamp shade at head hight which I repeatedly hit my head on. Would not stay there again.
