Incredibly loud and the desk staff and the housekeeping staff are incredibly unhelpful. The room smelled when I got there and the carpet was stained and the beds are terribly uncomfortable

I would not recommend this place for anyone. There was a van with a broken window filled with garbage right below my door. There were a lot of unsavory people walking around, police were also there. Noisy, rooms are outdated, not well lit (I had to walk from the lobby to my room at night…did not feel good about it). Better to pay a little more and feel safe, in my opinion.

Had a 5 day stay while visiting San Francisco with my husband and a friend. The room was dated and not the cleanest. Beds were comfy enough to not totally suck. The carpets were pretty torn up. Had some questionable people hanging around one guy would sit in his car all night. Front desk staff was friendly enough. Room had 0 towels in it at check in the came by later and dropped off 2 towels but there was 3 of us in the room so we had to ask for more. Thouse keeping never stopped by to tidy the room which im ok with. We spent majority of the trip out and about so the room served its purpose for a place to shower and sleep otherwise if any of that is unappealing to you i would look for other accommodations

Ugh! Where do I start. We were cold. The heater did not work. The TV did not work. The outside of the facility was dirty. Rooms clean. Old bathroom fixtures that were somewhat difficult to use (you just turn and turn the bath fixture until somehow you get hot water). There is no stopping point. The door was not adjusted properly to the wall and cold air was blowing in (don't be anywhere near the door). No coffee replacement. No hand lotion. No bedspreads just one single blanket on each bed. We pulled the one on the second bed off and used both. Called the front desk and I could have let it ring for hours. No one was going to answer or provide assistance. I usually select a 3 star hotel (minimum). This would be a 1 or 2 star at best. The price was good. I should have known how shabby this was going to be. Oh and airplane noise all night. I expected some. We were near the airport. But the rooms aren't insulated well so it went on throughout our 2-day stay. Ah well.

There was a rat in our hotel room. We tried calling the front desk multiple times and they did not answer. We informed the front desk of the rat when we checked out and they refused to provide a refund.

Our room had a very dirty carpet, stink, like cigarette smoke, the washroom door wouldn’t close in the pillars were like termites damaged. we went to the reception and checked out right away since we can’t cancel it anymore. The front desk staff said I had to cancel it through Expedia, and Expedia virtual chat says I have to cancel it through Travelodge so up until now, this issue is not resolved, and I would never never book this Travelodge again.

We checked in but had to check right out immediately. There were dirty rooms, beds not made. Had to go to a different hotel. The clerk was rude. Lots of issues. How can I make a reservation and not have rooms available. I have pictures of the room he put us in. The hotel is disgusting. Would never recommend.
