The bed was clean and comfortable, but you definitely get what you pay for. Right next to the highway, under the take off path of SFO and absolutely nothing within walking distance. Not a place you want to hang out at. Also, I think the last time this Travelodge was updated was in the 60’s.

Great Value! We just needed a place to sleep before we went to the airport early am. Clean. Very dated. ABSOLUTELY needs carpet replaced with Laminate flooring. Front desk was solo at 9 pm and it was packed but he handled it well. DO NOT recommend for solo female travelers.

I went to check-in 15 minutes before 3:00 There were 3 people at the desk. I was nicely told check in is at 3:00 only which was fine most have paperwork tp dill out. I could not even fill out any paperwork. So I came back in 15 minutes at 3 and had a line out the door for check-in and ONE PERSON BEHIND THE DESK everyone went home. I was kindly told they are never busy at check-in and it is very unusual (took 35 minutes just to check-in.) The beds are very comfortable the entire room. However, was at a complete slant, with soft sppts throughout the floor (on the second level)

We've always stayed with you, close to family . !st time our room ...smoke director off & Sunk so bad of Marijuana it made my wife sick so we asked for another room of which we were given , Thank you so much... Not much can be done , but my bee House cleaning can air fresh upon needed...Just a suggestion

Staff very rude, especially if you show up 30 minutes early for check in. Staff demanded $100 deposit on credit card. Then insisted on photocopying the credit card. (I'll be monitoring my AmEx card while on vacation. Then reporting it compromised when I get home. But it was almost worth the price

This is a horrible hotel. One of the worst Ive ever stayed in. You cannot get a hold of anyone prior to arrival. I tried asking for early check in and the shuttle by messaging and calling and noone ever answers. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes, so we waited that long at the airport to get picked up. Then there is only a 3pm check we had to wait in a long line at that time. It’s huge run down hotel, so when we finally got checked in, it was a hike to our room with no elevator. The door looked like it had been broken into a few times. The carpet was shabby and stained. The sliding bathroom door would not close. The bathroom was old and moldy. The beds did have clean sheets, but other than that, this place is a dump. Do not stay here. It’s not worth the lower price. I wish hotels.com would take this hotel off of their website and refund my money.

Keep in mind They don’t let you check in until 3pm. You can get there at 2:55pm. They will make you wait till 3pm, even having a huge line. It says they have luggage storage but they didn’t keep my bags there in the first day. I needed to pay other hotel to keep my bags.

This is exactly what you're booking: an inexpensive hotel by the airport. I love the long-term parking, the close proximity (highway, restraint, airport). The shuttle is very convenientient. The room is nicer than expected and the television looks new. While it’s nothing fancy it’z everything you need for a layover.
