The shuttle driver gave me his venmo and demanded a tip right then even though i was late. Firstly, I was happy to leave a tip but I'm not going to be told when, why, and how much. He then grabbed a baggage cart and demanded $9 for it. The front office wouldn't answer the entire two days. I had to go in to checkon anything. The room wasn't cleaned between nights. After check in, I noticed police were patrolling the parking lots. I flagged down the officer and after a brief conversation learned that in the 700 building, rooms were being rented off books for cash. The officer highly recommended I get my money back and change hotels. I did just that and very thankful to the local police

hotel pictures not like the actual hotel. room had no electical outlets near bed for essential medical equipment of bi-pap breathing machine. king size bed had throw pillows for bed pillows. i booked room going and coming back at the same time on hotels.com based on these inaccurate photos. tried to cancel the 2nd reservation due to this, but the hotel refused. do not book this hotel.
