Smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. Needs lots of upgrades. Carpet felt filthy. Bed was like a board. However, it didn’t get a terrible because although it’s next to the airport it was quiet.

I asked two more towers and I didn't receive on my rooms, It's unacceptable when I ask two towers at the housekeeping , she respond me it's only two towers for four pax, it's not hygienic and it's not normal.

Very comfortable to have to deal with a loud tenants there was a gas station within walking distance. You can easily take transportation to and from san francisco the bus is right across the hotel area. The employees were very helpful and easy to work with. Only annoying things were the fact there was no close outlets to the bed but it's doable. I don't know why so many people put such low reviews it definitely does not deserve it.

Our room had no towels, but a roach infestation. They were in the microwave, fridge, and tv stand at night. I had to walk all the way to the front desk to get towels because no one ever answers the phone or phone is not hooked up. The room also smelled like urine and it is hard to ask for a room change for the same reasons of the phone not being answered or no rooms to switch to. I just stay here often because I'm trying to save money and its conveniently close to my job while I'm looking for a new apartment.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially with me having to go back to the office 3 times due to my room key not working. I was given a different room. The first thing I noticed, before going to our room, was the homeless couple by the pool. They were sleeping on the lounge chairs with all their stuff around them. The outside of the hotel looked really rundown. The room itself was old. The bathroom door was one of those sliding pocket doors. It would not close all the way. And when I tried to open it to leave the bathroom, it got stuck. My son had to help me open the door so i could get out. There were cockroaches in our room along with their feces on the walls. The bed was damp and there was water damage on the walls and floor. The carpet was frayed and damaged, between the bathroom and bedroom area. The water in the shower would get really cold for a couple seconds and then go back to hot. It looks nothing like the pictures. If my son wasn't having surgery early the next morning, I would have paid more to stay somewhere else.
