My stay was easy, and as tidy as can be. The room was incredibly dated and in need of repair. The shower door only had one door instead of two, so water sprays on the ground. Paint peeling, what looks like rust cracking around the shower, the door looked like it had been kicked in a couple times. The heat/AC was so full of dust/rust. The pictures were really misleading in comparison to what was actually presented. Overall, bed was comfy, check in was smooth, staff were nice, shuttle to the airport was easy and great

Nightmare stay!

This was the most disappointing hotel experience that we have ever had. The check-in was terrible. They tried to double bill us. The property is like a flop house. The room was disgusting, dirty, and old. The heater did not work.

Disgusting, very noisy, dilapidated, dirty and looks unsafe. Receptionist on duty looks rude and wanted to make a copy of a guest’s credit card. Shuttle bus doesn’t keep to schedule and no direct access phone number to reach the hotel staffs for anything prior to coming to that hotel.

Way too fast to walk with all of our luggage to our room, then had to carry it all upstairs. Traffic was noisy all night. Pillows were tiny, had to ask for a blanket (another long walk back to the office). Bathroom wall had boot prints on it.

Terrible experience at check in. I booked 4 rooms for my elderly parents and their friends and front desk claimed that I only booked 1 room and wanted to upcharge them for the 3 extra rooms. My parents provided them with confirmations and IDs but refused to look them up by their IDs. It took them over an hour of back and forth before they were able to honor the reservations that was booked and confirmed. Avoid this hotel at all cost!

Reasonably priced. Property is a bit drab and run down. Room was ok though stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room. Not inconvenient per say but odd considering length of stay. Fox car rentals conveniently located a couple blocks away.

Listen, $60 for a room that’s two miles from the airport and includes a free shuttle? It just has to be clean, comfortable and safe. It was all these things. Superb deal.

The whole room was dirty as hell. Their shower had so much dirt and pubic hair everywhere. We reserved a room with two beds and mini fridge and microwave. We only got one bed for four people. No fridge, no microwave. The front desk guy wouldn't help us. The room was not a safe place for my children what so ever!

My first night I noticed the two lamps near the two beads has a burnt out lights. So I immediately called the front desk & informed the person that the light bulbs needs replacement. I was promised to be replaced the next day. Which they did not. Not until the third day when I complained again.

Good room pay was iffy

Good clean room well priced only problem I experienced was they have a list of cards they will not take nor did they inform me of their inability to take certain cards but let me pay on cash using the ATM in the lobby down side is it only lets you draw 200 at a time
