Algunas pequeñas sugerencias para mejorar: • Sería genial variar un poco más el desayuno buffet. • Podrían considerar asociarse con una empresa de transporte privado o de turismo para facilitar los traslados. • Las habitaciones 321 y las que están más al fondo perciben algo de ruido de las casas cercanas. English: We had a very good experience, particularly due to the great location and the friendly staff. A few small suggestions for improvement: • It would be nice to have a bit more variety in the buffet breakfast. • They could consider partnering with a private transport or tour company to make transfers easier. • Rooms 321 and further back experience some noise from nearby houses.

My daughter and I absolutely loved KC Hotel San José! It is just like an oasis in the middle of the city. Nice atmosphere, with natural plants everywhere. People can enjoy a delicious food at the Baraka restaurant with a relaxing view to the swimming pool, which is also warm! The hotel has a Gym and offers spa services. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff! I would stay again in my next visit to Costa Rica and recommend it 100%!

Everything was great, just sad since the main reason for booking the hotel was the pool and the heather wasn’t working so it was too cold for the little ones. Everything else was just perfect!

considering I paid only $60, this hotel is an amazing value. It's actually a unique boutique style hotel with an open air pool surrounded by restaurant which is a cool setup. The hotel has nice lighting, public seating areas, nicely decorated with plants and art - way above normal for this price. The rooms were really nicely appointed with lamps, carpet, and modern furnishings with lots of great pillows and sheets, very nice towels/soaps etc. There are lots of restaurants and bars to walk to. It took over 1 hour to reach the airport at 7am due to bad traffic though - beware. Uber ($15-25) is far cheaper than the taxi option ($35) to the airport.

El hotel está muy bien, pero deben cuidar el tipo de personas que reciben para pasar el día. Hoy habían mujeres de mala reputación en la piscina y algunos clientes nos sentimos incómodos por el tipo de conversación sexual que ellas tenían.
