The room is very outdated and good luck sleeping with the loudest AC ever. It was nearly impossible to sleep with the AC on, but without it, the room would get hot very fast. The breakfast was blend. The whole place is quite old and has not been updated in ages. Disappointing, yet very close to everything in San José.

Great location for downtown attractions such as the National Theatre and the Bank of Costa Rica museums. Very good breakfast buffet. Carpets in hallways and rooms look a little tired.

Right in the heart of San Jose, this was a very comfortable and pleasant stay for vacation stay in the city. I came to visit the museums, just blocks away, and learn more about Costa Rica. The hotel is just 2 short blocks from the downtown pedestrian walkways, and there are several public parks surrounding the hotel and in the neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything needed. The morning breakfast offered a variety of options and delicious. This was a perfect hotel choice for my needs.
