I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. I truly appreciated the great service and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

A hotel waiting to be closed down. No amenities, no bar, no restaurant, no coffee /tea in room, ridiculously expensive shop in the lobby. Being knocked down in late 26/27.

The AC didn’t work over the weekend and there was construction happening in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay but it was a simple utility that didn’t takeaway or enhance our experience. Very neutral experience.

We have been coming to the New Yorker for many years. Older hotel that's bones have some character. Some of the cheaper rooms are small. Staff is always accommodating, and location can't be beat.

Our stay in New York was amazing! The hotel location is incredible and made it very easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very good, super clean and organized, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We loved everything! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a minibar in the room, as it would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!
