Room was spacious and clean. The view was nice.
However, the checkin was messy. When you enter there is a counter that appears to be where you check-in but it was empty and employees showed up 20 minutes later to tell me that I had to go to the second floor. When I checked-in, I paid for the overnight parking, however, the employee did not explain that the parking garage next to the hotel was NOT the parking I paid for. She just let me pay and assumed that I would know that the parking is a couple of blocks away. When it was time to check out, I found out that where I parked actually belonged to the Hilton. At check out I was told that the hotel manager (Rafael) was would refund the parking paid to Hotel Caribe as the service was not used. However, 3 weeks later and this was not solved. At check out, I was also showed a QR code that explains where guests are supposed to park which was never showed to me at check-in. My advice for anyone wanting to stay here is to call and verify where the actual parking is if having a parking option is the main reason you want to stay here.
