Property was located next to the Hilton Caribe. Nice area, friendly staff, nice view, very comfortable beds. Breakfast wasn't good 😕. Room lighting wasn't good, two of our bedside lights weren't working. Sound proof rooms, connecting rooms if you need them.

Great staff, different experience

The room was spacious and comfortable however I’m used to daily bed making and replenishing of towels, so it was weird to have to ask for service. (We stayed 4 nights). Breakfast was cold with fruit lots of carbs and coffee/juice stations. Staff was super pleasant but just an overall different experience in my long line of traveling

The hotel location is great. The hotel is very old and out dated, mold was going on the breakfast muffin and it is very cheap limited breakfast. No one was ever at the front desk and every time we asked for a manager there was no one person to speak to or seen.
