The hotel is in a very beautifull location. Our room abd bathroom clean . Bed and pillows comfortable . Spacious room with a balcony looking to the bahia, that we enjoy a lot, having our glass of good wine.

Hard to check in..our room floor filthy. Even after cleaning, it needed a scrub down. guests & workers at hotel very nice. views amazing, close to everything. TV Remote didn't work, coffee maker didn't work. I noted this at Check out. Check in was 3 hrs late for desk. They did let us late check out. Beds comfy they could use a thicker cleaner blanket.

The rooms are very dated including the carpet which left our feet covering in carpet gairs and black that stuck to your feet even when you went to bed. The staff were good but some were not very accommodating when we asked for another pillow. The breakfast was good for a cold breakfast that included bagels huge croissants, fruit ,cold cereal and beverages. The breakfast patio was great. The views from the balcony were looking out on the bay and it was nice to sit out and take it in.

Everything was perfect. I really liked the hotel, and the gentleman Adrian and the lady on the PM shift were also wonderful. I apologize; she told me her name, but I didn't write it down. She was the lady on the PM shift on February 1, 2026. I saw her at 7 PM, and everyone was very empathetic and helpful. I really appreciated their professionalism. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff were all good. The room was terrible. The floors were disgusting. We had to wear shoes the whole time while walking around in the room or your feet and socks were BLACK! They need to clean the carpets in the rooms and wash to floors with clean water.

Staff was very nonchalant. Waited at the desk to check in for 15mins before someone came. Room is very moist n smelt like mildew. Shower head was broken with barely any pressure. The glass door to the shower was replaced With a clothes shower curtain. No flat sheet on the bed.

The room itself was great. Very large and nice balcony. Problem was actually getting into it We arrived early off a cruise. i get it that we couldn’t check in then, but they should have had the available rooms staggered and maybe notify guests when available. We were told check in wasn’t until 4p. when we got back to the hotel about 5p the lobby was filled with tired irate people waiting in a long line to get a room. The poor girls at the front desk were doing their best, and were being baggered by the. customers. it was a horrible experience and almost got violent. Once I finally got in a room after a 2 hour wait it was such a relief!

The room was not ready at check in. One girl was working for a massive line that you just had to re-enter and try again later in. When we finally got our room it had a moldy smell. There was only a single sheet and a super thin blanket. We asked for another sheet and another pillow and eventually they came. The room was run down and not super clean. We froze all night with the thin blanket because the air conditioner would not shut off. The phone didn’t work at all. The location is ok but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were doing their best in a bad situation.

There’s a reason this hotel is cheap. It’s outdated, and the rooms are badly maintained. In ours there were no top sheets ( corrected once we complained), the blackout curtain was broken ( reception said they’d repair it but didn’t) the phone didn’t work ( they said lots of them don’t) the balcony doors didn’t close properly (street noise), most staff demoralised and surly with some exceptions ( the nice guy on breakfast despite his having to apologise for lack of plates on day 2). Avoid.
