el hotel está hermoso, las vistas más espectaculares que he visto en puerto Rico, la gente bien amable el personal de valet parking uno de los mejores que he tenido, pero la habitación que me dieron en las brisas estaba bien vieja, esos baños horribles, las sábanas todas manchadas y las toallas, el aire al principio no funcionaba, tienen que remodelar esas habitaciones con ducha nuevas y bellas y esas camas poner nuevas camas con martes nuevas y almohadas, pero de lo demás me atendieron las facilidades

Let’s see initial thoughts are very lovely drive into the main facility through the golf course very picturesque very clean in the lobby area and the main pool area. Initial reaction with staff exceptionally well. I would recommending The courtesy cart. Have a little better timing with self parking guests, I could’ve gone with the valet, but I did not think it was necessary, considering the likelihood of me carrying a numerous items back to the room were slim except for one night we went shopping locally bringing back our items to the resort waited about 15 minutes for a courtesy cart never arrived the walk from the self parking back to our room probably somewhere around three or 4000 steps not overwhelming, but considering the extra baggage in hand, highly uncomfortable, especially for the quality of the resort that we chose. my opinion of the facilities is high. The pool areas were exceptionally beautiful. We like to swimming at night because we wanted to go out during the day and do things and partake in the exceptionally fun island that we gained access to through the resort. I would consider the prices for their drinks slightly high. I was much better off going to Walmart and purchasing myself a bottle of alcohol at the same price as purchasing one of the resorts drinks though some of your bartenders were very good one or two might’ve been slightly lazy Considering the reputation and the expectations of your resort four diamond resorts the restaurants seemed packed.

Difficult to find food at the hotel facilities. Restaurants were full and not able to get any reservations during the stay at the Resort. There were no restaurants close to the resort. As a group we needed to get out of the resort every day to be able to find food. Seems like the of you want to eat at the resort you will need to reserve the restaurants at the same time you reserve the room.

It breaks my heart to say it is hard to pay for a place to stay that doesn’t meet your standards. When you are in the service industry, your business is to service with a smile. When you approach a bar and the staff are not able to acknowledge your presence, it becomes uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Upon arrival at the resort, an overwhelming odor permeates the entrance. After the initial or second day, a musty scent permeates the hallways where the guest rooms are situated. The resort’s pricing is excessive. There are limited activities available within the resort on rainy days. The service is subpar. The cuisine is of poor quality. Some guests exhibit a lack of consideration for others throughout the night. On my first night here, guests attempted to force their room doors open at 4:00 AM. Most evenings, I can hear guests slamming doors throughout the night. I would not recommend this resort.

The property was beautiful and well taken care of. My room was clean and big. Plenty to do for family and kids. The few drawbacks were that our room was only serviced twice over 7 days, each bar has 1 bartender which makes drink service extremely slow with all of the frozen drinks and mojitos being made, and the wait for the tram & ferry to Palomino Island. All in all it was a good resort and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel in generally is beautiful, the view it’s amazing, the connections with marina and water park very good and convenient but the rooms in Las Brisas and Holloway are very dusty but generally I can’t say any bad words about the hotel .

Views are spectacular. Plenty of options to relax and have fun. The one drawback of this place is the quality of the dining experience. The prices are very high and the quality does not justify the price. The exception is the breakfast.

This is my favorite hotel in the island. It is always a pleasure to stay there. My only recommendation is that some of the workers are amazing, the majority don’t care about the service and the guests, and they are lazy and give a really bad service.
