The room was clean , staff were friendly breakfast was amazing except the first morning that was of the staff was in the kitchen with her long hair down , some one must have make a complaint cause the rest of the stayed every time I go for breakfast every one have the hair net or hat on , I would highly recommend the hotel and stayed at the hotel again

We had the Presidential suite and it was very clean, staff was pleasant and friendly, check in and out was seamless. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool or going to the casino. Very pleasant experience. Would stay again!!

The staff was warm and genuinely friendly Blanca R. are when above and beyond beyond making the arrangements to switch rooms for us flawless ensuring a memorable stay. The room was clean, the amenities were spot on the and food downstairs was great . Please take a minute to celebrate Blanca and Yara Both were exceptional at the front desk. I highly recommend the hotel.
