Check in was quick and efficient. The young lady was professional and kind throughly explained everything. I'm prepared to take a shower after flying all day around 2230 and there's no hot water. I call the front desk,and maintenance is sent promptly. After about 20-30 minutes they can't fix the hot water and at 2330 I have to repack and move to another room. I paid for a king, but only thing available was a double. I am placed in the hall right in front of thr elevator, where I can hear all the noise and music. I appreciate the staff and all of them trying to everything within their power, but this has been a significant inconvenience. I paid Hilton for a level of accommodations that I did not receive.

We had a suite, which gave us a front room with a couch, chair, TV, table, sink, mini fridge, and microwave. The bedroom was a good size, and surprisingly quiet given we were right by the airport and the inside of the hotel could get quite loud. The only thing that wasn't great was that the curtains didn't close snugly, and there were no sheer curtains, so it was very bright very early. There were also clean self-service laundry machines we used to do a few loads of clothes. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we'd happily stay again.
