Yes, the whole place was nice and clean. The staff was professional and courteous. The only downside was the ambient temperature. it required a sweater or light jacket to stay comfortable, which is NOT what we want in a tropical paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious The staff was very helpful. We really liked the hotel's restaurant. The pool was amazing. The only issue we had was the hotel keeps it's rooms and atrium too cold.

The hot water in our room didn't work usually so we had to take cold showers, even leaving the water to run and 'warm up' usually didn't help. In the middle of a cold shower, you might get a few min of warm water and then back to cold. Washing my hair there was awful. We told the front desk and they sent someone to look at it but it wasn't fixed. The hot tub didn't have bubbles but it was otherwise very nice and the pool was chilly but beautiful. Breakfast was fine, just the coffee was disgusting.

The air conditioner in our room was stuck and would not cut off or cycle. After contacting the front desk 3 times they sent an engineer to the room who told us he didn't have time to fix it. He could turn it off or leave it on and we could request quilts. The reception staff were kind and helpful but the problem was not solved
