I stayed at this hotel for five days . While the reception staff was friendly at first, there was no reception or someone to go to when you needed help after 5 PM. The room was very small, with a tiny fridge, and the shower had a very low water pressure. The internet password didn’t work, and when I asked for a late checkout, no one ever followed up, which ended with someone knocking on the door at 10AM. The bed sheets were not comfortable, with a very thin blankets and the TV was placed high on the wall, blocked partially by the curtain. Overall this hotel is not for a long stay maybe a day or two. . I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

The hotel was positioned in a great location between two public beaches. The hotel was clean and had a courtyard and dining room area that was open to the ocean. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I just wrapped up a week long stay here, and it is definitely going in my “favorites” to come back to.

This place nothing but :terrible , neglect ,filthy , miserable and so on. We wish we didn’t go to breakfast ,totally unacceptable, poor but described as “excellent” I think “Expedia “failed here as well ,it might and should ruin good reputation ,relying on false advertising!

I booked this last minute as a median priced hotel. I based it off just a couple pictures that made it look great. I needed early access or an area to keep baggage at 9-10 in the morning. The staff was great, the facility was very clean. I rated it lower due to the room I was placed in. The room had portions of the ceiling stained and had patches that had fallen. The bed did not have a skirt on the mattress pad and some material falling from beneath it. The door was tricky to lock and unlock. I was disappointed in the room and area, but stalk and cleanliness made up for it. The restaurant was nice and the beer was cold. Continental breakfast consisted of small ham and cheese rolls, cereal, bananas, biscotti and some fruit.

Great staff! Small room, but very clean with both ceiling fan and AC. Simple, yet rich in local culture. Much preferred to the larger, busier hotels a short walk across road on the beach. Beach access, bring in-room beach towels. Safe location. Recommendation Platos a 5 min. walk away for an excellent Caribbean dinner.
