The breakfast service each morning was a nice feature. Due to proximity to the airport the planes are REALLY loud at the pool otherwise inside the building it wasn’t so bad. In close proximity to restaurants and some shops. Loved that an area on the beach was reserved for hotel fest. Overall it’s was a good option although I’m sure there were a lot nicer options.

The staff was amazing. Very pleasant & helpful. The pool was clean. The food (breakfast & outdoor bar/grille) was delicious. Close to a lot of activities. The beach chair/umbrella vouchers was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the happy hour from 5-7pm and the breakfast. I didn’t like that the a/c could be manage. Just on at 69, to cold and off. Overall is a cozy, clean and friendly staff hotel.

It is 10 minutes from the beach. Hampton Inn is consistently good. However, the San Juan Hampton Inn lacks a computer/printer for the guests that every other Hampton Inn has. Also, it lacks a FNC station on the TV
