If you want clean , friendly spot for you and your family this your spot !!! They were extra clean , welcoming and very friendly, my plane got cancelled on Monday July 28th and I called them to see if they could help and they sure did I really appreciate! I will stay here over and over this place is amazing , beautiful and very safe , stay here you will not regret!

Room was spacious and employees were professional and friendly. We loved the pool area and Happy Hour hosted daily by the hotel. Restaurant options near by were okay. Very close to the airport you will hear planes taking off pretty often.

First, I have stayed at this hotel several times and always had a great stay. However during this recent stay, I was treated badly by the bar staff, my order was taken and when it finally was after waiting for 15 minutes they forgot about my order after I waited for 45 minutes. Then the person on the grill said “so do you want it or not?” When I reported the incident to the manager he offered me a soda and that was it. I went back to my room and there was a bug in my bed that appeared to be a carpet beetle larva and when I reported it they said they didn’t have any other rooms available and would send someone tomorrow. That was unacceptable to me so they offered us a suite and helped to bring our stuff over. The staff is usually very nice and helpful but maybe the carpets should be replaced along with the curtains. The pool is always great.

It’s so close to the airport, yet still surprisingly quiet at night. The staff (especially Juan, who is around the lobby) is outstanding. Late check-out was easy, which my family and I appreciated so much. It’s within walking distance of beautiful beaches. Options for breakfast are pretty limited, and the food is not that good.

The hotel needs some serious maintenance attention. Entire hotel smells really moldy. During my stay I had to take Benadryl twice a day. The only positive thing about my experience was the location of the hotel.
