If only the front desk people will be like Jose, Joel and Carlos, it will be perfect. Everybody from the Cana De Azucar are very helpful and friendly. The only person that is very pleasant is Denise. Both Valerie and Viktoria are not supposed to be working in the front desk as they never seems to like what they are doing. Not smiling nor looking approachable. This hotel can get get a perfect score but didn’t happen because of this 2 CS. Food are great and the free breakfast was amazing.

A few minutes from SJU airport (so some plane noise), and also close to port for those joining / returning from cruises. Resort fee of $40 per night is a bind …but at least they have “free” hot drinks available all day, and happy hour for free (poolside) drinks 5pm each evening.

It’s not walkable to the airport like the site made it seem. It’s not a beachfront property; you have to walk a ways to the beach. The hot tub is not hot and the jets don’t work. Otherwise this is a great hotel. I just think that the site is a little misleading. The poolside bar offers free drinks 5:30-7:30pm this is definitely a nice added bonus.

Property was beautiful with useful amenities such as free happy hour daily from 5-7 pm , free hot breakfast daily , gated entry, voucher for free beach chair and umbrella ☂️. Location was perfect for walking to the beach (ten minutes) , restaurants ( some are across the street) , novelty shops ( 5 plus minutes) … Easily accessible to Uber and Taxis they do pick up and drop off in front . Freddy was amazing when we checked in and before for helpful advice on where to go and what to do while we were there. Rental car places nearby ( book b4 your trip for the best deals)

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The food was great and happy hour from 5-7 was greatly appreciated. Staff was very nice. Breakfast options were plentiful and the beach easily accessible. The only complaint I have is that our beds were squeaky. Specifically my daughter’s bed. I will email the hotel management so that it can be addressed. We used Uber to get to various places, which was convenient. The hotel was overall very clean and well maintained. Guests were also considerate.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and my husband really enjoyed the food at the poolside bar and grill. Especially the ribeye. My husband fell around the pool and the staff was very helpful in attending to him. Quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff. Very walkable to the beaches. Nice restaurants nearby. Great pool with a bar and grill right in the pool area (swim-up) with reasonable prices (i.e., they did not gouge their captive audience). Complimentary hot breakfast every morning had a lot of variety for everyone. Near the airport, which was great for getting to and from, but still almost never heard.
