Overall good, little loud at night but to be expected at an airport. An unbelievable gym, definitely the largest and best I've ever seen art any hotel. Breakfast was better than average and included. Rooms are small but it's not a place anyone is staying a long time so it was fine.

The hotel is in need of redecorating & refurbishing. Convenience is unbeatable, but it's a grim environment. Also, hotel's air-conditioning was out with limited accomodation made for discomfort/inconvenience faced by guests, other than being offered a refund and a printed list of other hotels in the area. Hotel should have tried to contact guests to alert them of the situation and offered options.

Check in host was not hospitable. Hotel felt a little "cold" which could have been helped maybe with some different colors on the wall and decor. Breakfast was good for continental style. Surroundings under repair between hotel and airport but did not hinder access. Room was on 6th floor which involved taking two separate elevators. Restaurant/bar staff was attentive.

A/C was broken and room temp was 27°. Floors were damp/sticky; slippers might have helped with this. Restaurant food was quite tasty, though a bit pricey.
