It was very convenient waking up at the airport so all we had to do was grab our bags and walk to baggage check, but what I didn’t think about was how noisy it would be. I was unable to fall asleep because the sounds of airplanes taking off and landing. Thank goodness Puerto Rico isn’t a hub so they eventually stopped sometime after 1 am. The bed was pretty average; not the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on. The food was overpriced for what you got. I ordered the salmon and it came in a plate of pre-frozen veggies; definitely not fresh. And the salmon was dry. I had an early flight so I did not try the breakfast, therefore I cannot rate it. All in all, I liked being conveniently close to the airport, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, but I probably won’t be staying again.

It’s a basic airport hotel and does the job! It’s conveniently located, easy walk to the terminals. Food options are limited and the restaurant is dingy. The gym was really nice though, which is nice for a bit of exercise before traveling.

La ubicación es lo único que me hace seleccionarlo porque llegue en un vuelo de Madrid a las 2 am. El staff del front desk super amable. Al entrar al cuarto la peste a humedad TERRIBLE, ya a la hora tenía dolor de garganta. Definitivamente tienen que darle mantenimiento y limpieza a las unidades de aire acondicionado. Debe haber más comunicación con los de mantenimiento la muchacha de room service nos abrió la puerta, el cuarto no tiene para poner el aviso de “do not disturb”, en qué cabeza cabe que queremos servicio si hicimos check in a las 2 am y tenemos que hacer check out antes de las 12:00 pm.

The hotel entrance is a bit strange.. Staff was extremely friendly, beds are comfortable, but the room was very small. Bathroom is nice, big vanity mirror with a rain showerhead which I thought was nice. The breakfast was excellent. They actually had an omelette station which I thought was a very nice touch. Overall, I would stay here again for a night or two if I had a late arriving flight.

This hotel is very convenient leading to the airport. Front desk helped a couple of the guest to airport entrance in the golf cart. Great service!!! The long empty hallway leading to airport is odd, but I did hear that will become busy in the future.
