Rooms are fine for a “short” overnight, this time the hot tubs and bar area outside were all torn up which they didn’t let us know as it was a nice outdoor area. The Restaurant is sort of separately run so you cannot charge to the room, just so you remember to bring your wallet. The breakfast on the 2nd floor is surprisingly good, with lots of options and an omelet station, a great benefit as SJU airport is kind of lacking on food options for breakfast

Hotel staff lack sympathy and hotel knowledge. Arrived from a 9 hour flight and had to wait to check in while staff had their personal conversations. No complimentary water provided or extra towels available. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Conveniently located right at the airport. However, the walk to and from the terminal felt a bit unsafe — the path was empty and seemed accessible to anyone passing by. The hotel should also clarify that there is no private parking available and that guests must use the airport parking lot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the water pressure could be better. Overall, a decent stay for a short stay or layover.
