The hotel is dated. Usually one could put up with that fact. But on this stay, the AC in the room made a thump noise every time it engaged, the maid service actually SHORT SHEETED the bed, by using a small top sheet as the bottom sheet, and the staff member left cleaning supplies in the bathroom. Also, the only lunch option was at the pool, if you can handle the 1000 decibels of dance music. Sorry, not going back.

The Hotel was difficult from the start. Impossible to get through the front desk. Took 48 hours. Refused to switch dates for stay due to cancelled flight. Would only change the day coming to next day. And would have lost $ on one night, if I didn’t arrive. No understanding, no apologies , no compensation for the frustration and stress due to snow storm. No manager or supervisor came over- had to contact Expedia to contact supervisor when arriving. Hotel never emailed or called for confirmation of hotel. As well expedia and hotel telling me 2 different stories about my stay. - Luckily I did have a very kind front desk staff named Daisy, which helped me a great deal and explaining everything. - The room was very nice and clean, nice balcony and very comfortable bed, However the shower design was not good, water would keep running on to the tiles towards the sink, because it is very flat, and there’s nothing to prevent the water from passing - so constantly had to put towels to gather the water and string out after. - No water bottles in room, not even 1. - Had issue with safe, someone had to come and reset. Although someone came quickly. Some of the other staff was not too helpful with directions or recommendations for certain restaurants- There was very few that was extremely helpful. Lastly when checking out there was no one at the front desk, had to walk over to the concierge and check out with them. - Bottom line , not good experience. Choose a different hotel.

Room smelled strongly of black mold. It was consistently damp for our entire stay. When I reached out to the hotel via their chat portal, they declined to respond. My elderly parents ended up sick by the end of the trip due to mold. And we ended up having to extend our stay for a night due to a snow storm which made it even worse. Room maintenance staff was great.

Hotel was overpriced for what it has to offer. The food in the pool area tasted like microwaved food and the drinks were a little expensive ($14 for a cocktail and $10 for a beer). The structure seems to be deteriorating with many damages visible. The staff were pleasant and helpful to interact with. The front desk never answered the phone. One elevator out of the two was out of service our whole stay (6 Days) and never saw anyone working on it. The room itself was pretty nice and clean (Ocean view), some of the appliances were rusted and most of the electrical plugs did not worked. The hotel is situated in a nice area and very walkable. Hotel does not have room service, which is an inconvenience when wanting to eat late at night.

Elevators not working… Pool DJ Blasting Ghetto music super loud-whatever Mgr hired him should be fired, your clientele is NOT from Vegas. All the guest thought it was crap. Constant noise from construction. Doors banging at night The icy shop was overpriced. Check in was poor-had to ask where elevator and room was There was no casino. Shut the place down and remodel..;

The room was neglected. The room door did not lock so we had to use the latch for security. The sink faucets were old and one was tight to turn. The coffee machine was a disaster and leaked coffee and water all over. The shower faucet hung loose and was difficult to adjust for hot and cold. The TV did not work, the clock did not run or was not connected. The balcony door also hard to lock. There was rust on the lamp stand and light dust on the chair. The safe had run out of battery. We called to have the safe fixed but did not find out about all the other problems till late evening and by that time were too tired, just wanted to sleep. I called and told the manager about the issues and he apologized, said that he would take off the resort fee from the bill. He did not in the end. We were glad to leave. The hotel staff were nice.

The experience was very good and rhe staffing was very attentive. The only problem is the door are so loud andyou can literally hear everything on the other room. The doors need seruous maintenence.
