Only one working elevator, one microwave in the entire building. Maid service only came once and i had to ask them multiple times. Parking was confusing. The best part of the stay was the hot tub and the convenience of being close to everything. The ice machine on the 9th floor didn’t work so i had to go to other floors to get some ice. I will say the lobby smelled so good unlike the other areas and it was very well decorated.

No elevator working except the cargo and beach access elevators for the entire hotel. Staff was not friendly nor inviting, almost like they were doing one a favor by showing up to work. And don't even get me started on the beach access!! Hideous gate keeper woman yelling orders on where one is allowed to sit, young men working for her lobbing the already decerped lounge chairs to see if they could stack them without any real manual labor. The only positive were the porters at the front door. Great guys!! Sorry to say I'll be spending my dollars somewhere else next year.

The room we booked was ocean view and it was exactly that. It was breathtaking. But the room itself needed some attention. The couch in our room had water stains and sand. Our ac was leaking on the floor. The only spot to hang your clothes was in the bathroom, the fridge was also in the bathroom. Our balcony had a dirty handrail with a rusty door knob.Coffee maker was dirty and unusable. They made the bed daily but didn’t change the sheets. The staff at the front desk didn’t give us the warmest greeting. He did not mention where anything was located or what activity’s were around, pool times, restaurants etc. he just asked for my id and pointed to the elevator that will take me to my room. Oh and also only 1 elevator was working so we had to take the stairs most of the trip. Besides the negative news the staff at the restaurant and coffee shop were pleasant and attentive.The concierge was also friendly and started to greet us on our second day.The pool area was clean and the staff gave us fresh towels. The best part of the hotel was the view from our room. Personally this place didn’t meet my expectations but maybe it does for others.

The hotel is and has always been an excellent hotel and location to stay at. Pool areas lower area check in , bar is very clean. I think some more work needs to be put in the hotel as far as aesthetics. Only one elevator was working for the entire stay and it was not enjoyable at all, That was the most frustrating experience . Some guests complained said it been so for over a week.
