The hotel was awful no room service beds were nasty sink clogged black bugs everywhere no one was never downstairs to assist with anything we didn’t even have clean sheets and wash cloths and towels we had to go out and buy some

‼️‼️STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK ‼️‼️ I stayed at the Pelican Potel from February 8 to 11, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I noticed that the room had a significant leak. Despite my attempts to alert the staff, nothing was done to address the issue during my stay. As a result, all of my belongings got wet, which caused considerable inconvenience and damage. The lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff was frustrating. They assured me that I would receive a refund for the inconvenience, but it has now been several weeks, and I have yet to see any refund processed. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying at the Pelican Potel. The poor condition of the room and the unprofessional handling of my complaint have left me with a very negative impression. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodation elsewhere. It has been 30 days and counting I still haven’t received my refund and their response is “ it’s posted “ but they fail to give me receipts of that !!!! Please stay awayyy

I wouldn’t recommend it. Could use some major upkeep. The air conditioner did work but blew humid water all over the room. Every surface was practically dripping wet. Bet sheets were moist. There was mold on the ceiling. It felt pretty safe. Surrounding area wasn’t bad but I’d still recommend getting an uber to the location. If your in a pinch and need a place to rest for the night, go for it but don’t expect amazing service. Could probably find other places with better accommodations for not that much more money.

I waited 45 minutes after 3 o’clock in order to get my code I had to bag to cleaner to get my code. The room was immaculate for the hotel itself was kind of sketchy.

Its definitely not like what is pictured. Bathroom floor seemed like it had mold, the shower faucet handle was missing. The rooftop was missing everything pictured but chairs.Aside from all that it was convenient location to get around.

Booking a room at the Pelican wasn't a thing until i arrived. i wasn't please with how my room was. i called the receptionist and i was able to get accommodations. with that said i can say Bali Posh hotel is Great From the look, the smell, the staff, the food. what more could this New Yorker ask for. for my first time flying?booking a room my experience was great. Eli,Gabriela,Amanda,Javier are just four of the great office staff there. Gio and Jorge are the best bartenders i have came across in a very long time. Oh by the way Jorge isn't actually the bartender he is the owner of the restaurant on the property. My trip there i met awesome fellow stayers. don't hold back book your stay at Bali Posh Hotel its worth the money. See you guys soon and thank you from the bottom of my heart . #Room 1

The front gate where you needed a code was open anyone could access. The door to the room as one lock it needs two. It had No iron , safe or microwave! Staff was very noisy in the morning!!

The pictures on their website look NOTHING like the rooms. My bathroom vanity was cracked and the side was peeling. The drawer to bathroom vanity was broken. They gave me someone else's room number AND room code at check in. The guy staying in the room next to us said they gave him the wrong room and code too. The worst part - no water! We stayed 4 nights and the water was shut of 5 times. When we had water - the shower water pressure was BARELY THERE. Impossible to get a hold of "management". Terrible. Not worth the bargain price.

First of all, i was given a code for the front door; HOWEVER i did not need to put the code because i can literally just push the door & it’ll open. Second i almost slipped, the hallway floors were wet and there was no warning sign! Third when we walked into the BOX it looked nothing like the pictures we saw online. It was dirty, the woods from under the bed TO HOLD THE BED FELL! Bed was unstabled. When we went to the rooftop to look for the pool; there was NONE! When i contacted the property for my concern and complaint about the room nobody got back to me, i contacted them twice thru text so i called and the lady put me on hold for 5mins then i explained to her & said put your complaint at this email. Overall the experience was terrible & not what we expected!

There is a code to get into the property however I got in without it because the gate was open. If I can get in, so can anybody else without a code. I did not feel safe. There was no one around to ask questions to. The code I was given for my room did not work. In order to get help you have to call a number in which they did not answer until the 3rd time I called. they provided me with a wrong email to contact about a refund in which they did not give me. I booked 2 hours before and when I saw that the area was unsafe, parking is outside of the premises on the street and anyone can just get into the hotel, they refuse to refund any money. I understand policies, however, if I feel I can have just walked right in who is not to say anyone can just walk in and I did not feel safe at all.

Flooded Room/ZERO accountability/damages

The hotel has a pipe burst days before our arrival and our room was flooded while we were out exploring the area. We arrived to a soaking room and floating luggage. They have yet to refund or accept accountability in regards to the added expense of checking another bag (I had to buy another piece of luggage) because water is heavy and I would be 29 lbs over weight on my checked bag. My spouse and I sustained injuries from slipping on the tile in the flooded room and pelican poshtels have yet to agree to take care of our medical bills. I would avoid this property like a plague if possible
