The room was not well maintained, they were holes patches done on the roof where the bed was as well as the bathroom. The bathroom bench was filthy dirty and looked like it would breal if someone sat on it. The bathroom sink was clogged, and shower wouldnt shut off probably.

Good luck with getting a helpful response from the front desk! The first night around 1 am I was finally so cold (we cannot sleep with the thermostat too high due to respiratory issues) I called the front desk and asked for an additional "comforter." Melissa was very friendly and said I would need to come down and get them but she would gladly provide. I went down to the front desk and all she had were thin bedspreads (or duvet covers kinda sorta)...no comforters but I should come back during the day and make my request. OK, I call the front desk in the morning and ask for another COMFORTER... which is a quilted blanket with filling even if it is so scant so as to hardly count in this case...and one of which is already on the bed. Whomever answered said great come get them this afternoon. OK, I return around 5 pm I think...anyway late afternoon and am offered another 2 duvet covers (bedspreads) at which time I say these are just duvet covers and I need the duvet (aka comforter). Derek, the Assistant General Manager, comes along and starts to tell me what they are offering me IS a DUVET...I say a duvet is the same thing as a comforter (a quilted cover with filling like the one already on our bed) and he rolls his eyes and gets sassy with me and tries to school me on what a duvet, duvet cover and a comforter really are and this man does not even KNOW the difference...and this is someone who is in management of a HOTEL which has hundreds of these supplies but he doesn't know t
