Late check in, no towels, we booked ocean view and finally got a room after 4 days, constantly had diarrhea, flies all over the food, no air conditioner in dining area, no refounds for the days of no ocean view, dirty towels were taken but no clean towels given so again we come back from the ocean and can’t take a shower to rinse off the salt because no towels. Overall horrible experience and I do not recommend this resort to anyone

I just want to give a shot out to Daniel at the pool bar. He went above and beyond with a jugo de parcha for our drinks. Marcelino is the security guard you want patrolling the beach at night. and thank you Charly the lifeguard for looking out for the kids when their parents are getting drinks. I watched him on two occasions move himself from one side of the pool closer to where smaller kids were playing and for pointing out the woodpecker and the pelicans to me. Friendly and informative guys that made our stay great. Bring a $20 down to the beach, in case you come across a vender that is dragging himself along the sand selling his little magnets, good wholesome, hardworking man (but he isn't part of the hotel) Beside the amazing staff, the property is nicely maintained.

Juan Dolios best

Everyone at the reception during check-in where Excellent specialy Ruth she went above and beyond to accommodate us, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is our fourth time and not the last. I definitely recommend this resort.

The staff was excellent. I loved the Ocean View from our room and just feeling so relaxed. I wish there had been more of a variety to the buffet. Hector, one of the bar tenders, was wonderful. Knowing what we wanted and when we wanted it.

100% recommended, the staff and hotel cleanliness were on point. The pool and beach area were well kept, the food had variety and the stars were polite and acomodating. I would recommend over and over especially if you want to be near popular dining like Bocana abd Boca chica 25min uber ride!

This resort has lots of potential. It seeks a new management team or owner. They have to keep up with cleaning, hospitality, rooms, food choices, and taste. I would not return due to cleanliness, food, and lack of entertainment. 6 days was too long with not much entertainment. So many fly in the buffet area, hard bread, and water-down drinks. In the end, I was glad I had a large group with us to distract the not-so-pleasant experience.

From the beginning to the end, a complete disaster. They had to move me 3 times from my rooms due to lack of communication of staff and because of poor room conditions, mold, broken faucets, towel rack humidity was so high you couldn't breath at night. They made me sign a paper so I want sue or something. Other guest were also moved to due dirty room condition. Once my room was upgraded, I was able to have fresh air and nice view. Never saw anyone check the main pool for chemicals levels. Food had no taste you expect to get authentic DR food that wasn't the case. Got sick two days before check out. Not so welcoming UNLESS they have visitors that are interested in timeshares or high-end visitors,thats when you get your money's worth. I luckily had a waiter Jose from Buffet area, he was the sweetest and most understanding person we met there. He really made sure we were taken care of. THANK YOU! They also canceled our private beach dinner twice. One manager was nice and tried accommodating me as much as possible. I thank HER! I was with a large group and made the best of it. They ran out of food a day we had reservations.(We walked out) I was supposed to get a refund for two rooms I didn't use ,they haven't responded to Expedia. They can keep their funds because pictures, videos and experience will keep my friends and family away from this resort. Every guest I spoke to had issues and a change of room. Saturday and Sunday they have locals come in and it gets crowded and messy.
