I wrote to the hotel that I had a health problem, and I wouldn't be able to arrive. And they never replied to me; I only received the charge. If they couldn't cancel it, at least they should have responded or proposed another date.

The hotel is nice. We always stay here if we come to San Salvador. But for the first time in at least 10 times that I’ve stayed here, I can say that the showers were a bit dirty. Besides that is great

Perfect location! steps from stores and places to eat. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast spread wonderful. Front desk staff friendly, and professional. Roger, at the front desk was very supportive in helping me navigate last minute changes to my reservation. Will definitely stay there again!

Location is safe walking distance to stores and restaurants.. hotel is very clean staff is great and the breakfast is good. The only issue to me was the beds are small . They’re more FULL size not QUEEN.. but in all stay was pretty good . Peaceful and quiet.!

The Hotel is small but really well kept. The Staff is incredibly warm and friendly. It’s incredibly clean and the Breakfast is to die for… sooo good! The location of this place is amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance. I travel quite often and this is one of the best places I have ever stayed at.
