Although Gardenia (previously Comfort Inn) has been in business for a couple of decades, the hotel appears that it was opened yesterday. It looks like a brand new hotel. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff provides an outstanding customer service particularly Beatriz.

Amazing customer service. Ernesto was very good feeling us welcome to the hotel and the beautiful country of El Salvador. Everyone did a great job. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

This is a nice hotel if you are looking for a nice place to spend your nights after doing activities out and about all day. It is a nice, clean hotel with friendly service staff and nice comfy beds. However, this hotel is not a luxury venue if that is your expectation. It’s a good choice and value for the price point. Overall, I do recommend it and would stay here again in the future.
