This hotel is was so clean, and felt like staying at a beautiful home. Everyone was polite and accommodating in room service and restaurant departments. It is so easy and fast to get Uber service. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. They do not provide the bottle of wine anymore but it did not change my view of this beautiful place

Room facilities were limited, not enough toilet paper was left and needed to request additional almost every day. There is no pool service, expected to use room towels for pool. Needed to request additional towels when needed. Breakfast was great, nice buffet with much variety. Hotel restaurant did not always have the food listed in the menu. Pupusas were good but expensive for El Salvador. Staff was great, all staff were friendly and helpful and made the stay a pleasure.

Too noisy to rest!

The first night, a sort of party was conducted in the patio. the music, extremely loud, didn´t stop until midnite. If I was aware that such celebration will be held there, sure enough, will look for another hotel. The area of Escalon and San Benito have plenty of other good options without the noise. In my opinion, allowing that party, was a lack of respect for guests, that need to rest in a quiet ambience.
