Good internet, clean rooms, good breakfast. They charge for water they deliver to your room and tell you about the charge at checkout. Overall, a good hotel.

Great location! The staff is very welcoming and always readily available to help. Hotel facilities are good, everything work well and I was able to rest after long days of walking. Great hotel overall!

We had a fantastic week in Buenos Airs. The hotel was very clean, very modern. The hotel location is very useful as we were not far from many events and areas. The staff went above and beyond to help us out would definitely stay there again.

The front desk was poorly staffed, it took forever to check in both times and we never got the view we requested when we made the reservation, which was city view. The restaurant food was terrible, STAY AWAY from that restaurant!

Very nice hotel, excellent location, great staff. Our flight back home was delayed for 48 hours, and Guadalupe and Kevin from the hotel Front Desk were of great help in sorting out this problem. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. Our waiter, Sara provided great service
