Beautiful Experience!

Everything about this experience was top notch. From the staff (friendly and so very helpful) to the room (simply beautiful with amazing amenities) to the superb breakfast. Very pricey so definitely a once in a lifetime experience.

プライベートな時間を過ごせる宿

タクシーを事前に手配して頂いたのですが、通常の料金よりもお得に利用することが出来ました。お話の上手な運転手の方で宿に着く前に有馬温泉街をタクシーで案内してくださりました。チェックイン時間より早く到着しましたが、お部屋の用意が済んでいたので、とても助かりました。大浴場には風呂上がり用に瓶の牛乳が用意されているのが嬉しかったです。部屋の備品や電化製品、インテリアなどはどれも良いものを使っていてこだわりを感じました。全体的に照明が暗めで落ち着いた雰囲気ですが、夜は少し怖かったです。夕食、朝食は個室で、大きな窓から自然を望むことができました。お料理も貴重な但馬牛をメインとした厳選された食材を使用していました。温泉街からは少し離れていますが、フロントにお願いすれば、無料で温泉街まで送迎をして頂けます。残念だった点は掛け布団カバーと浴衣に穴が空いていたことです。また庭を散策している時にメゾネットの方へ行ってみたのですが、通路に蜘蛛の巣がかかっていました。自然に囲まれた宿なので虫が苦手な方は気になるかもしれません。客室の場所によっては足元があまり良くないところもありました。スタッフの方は事前のやりとりから滞在中を通してとても丁寧に対応してくださりました。ありがとうございました。

전통 료칸의 운취와 현대적 편리함이 잘 어우러져 있음. 객실 수가 워낙 적어 스파를 거의 단독으로 이용할 수 있음. 시설과 서비스 모두 훌륭.

一味違う、素敵な場所

大変お世話になりました。家族で本当にゆっくりした時間を過ごせました。お料理が、とっても美味しくて一仕事違う感じでしたし、お部屋も100㎡と広くて家族4人でもゆったりでした。温泉も和みました。送迎のお車もとても便利でしたし、とにかく、毎年の恒例にしたいと思いました。

친절 하지만 음식은 별로에요

일단 무슨 문제인지 모르나 호텔 도착전 이멜 보냈으나 답이 오지 않아 전화를 해야했고, 음식이 나쁘지는 않았으나 아침식사는 다 한꺼번에 나오고 이틀 거의 비슷한 음식을 줘서 별로 였다. 서비스는 친절 했다 손님이 거의 없는거 같았는데 거동이 불편하신 어머니가 계셨는데 돌계단 올라가는 방을 줘서 힘들어 하셨다 나는 고쇼,벳쇼 두군데 호텔이 있는지 몰랐는데 먼저 지어진 고쇼에 노천탕 경치가 좋대서 가봤는데 별로였다..좁고 경치도 별로고.. 그곳이 가격이 싼지 손님이 많은거 같았다 온천물은 좋았다

아주 좋아요 또 가고 싶네요

굉장히 시설이 좋고 그때그때 숙소관리를 해주시는 느낌으로 아주 좋았습니다. 마지막날이라 숙소에서 간사이공항까지 가는 길과 시간이 굉장히 애매했었는데 그런 것 까지 세세히 알려주시고 같이 고민해주신 덕분에 편하게 공항까지 갈수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 영어 굉장히 잘하시고 굉장히 친절하시고 한국직원분도 계셔서 안내해주셨습니다. 픽업서비스도 있고 공용온천도 조용했으며 방안에서 개인 사우나 및 반신욕도 가능합니다. 아리마온천마을 구경할때도 생각보다 가까웠습니다. 걸어서 5분에서 10분정도. 석식과 조식도 아주 훌륭합니다. 깨끗하고 맛있습니다. 다음에 또 이용할생각입니다.

隠れ家的な時間を過ごしたいときに最高にフィットする

有馬温泉の奥座敷に位置する。山々の自然の中に溶け込んでいる敷地には、10軒のヴィラがある。ロッジ風の建物で、木のぬくもりを感じることができる。宿泊したヴィラは100㎡あった。夕食はコースのフランス料理。地場の採りたての野菜がふんだんに使われ、自然の味が堪能できる。ベテランのソムリエがワイン、そして稀なチーズをサーヴしてくれる。敷地内には温泉がある。金の湯。からだが休まる。肌がツルツル感じが分かる。ヴィラが10しかないので、貸し切り状態になることもある。スタッフの方々は最高に素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれる。また訪れたい。
