Incredible hotel. Concierge was amazing and helped us book almost all our itinerary. They even went out to make purchases for us when we ran out of time. This is the place to stay if you’re going to Florence!

This hotel was renovated last year and is in immaculate condition. The room and staff are just wonderful. Room service and the restaurant are amazing. Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel for your stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay A little off the beaten path so ended up with more ride sharing than otherwise needed but there is a shuttle that although doesn’t run often was used a couple of tines
