The staff are amazing! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We had a good view in room 1521 of the ocean and all of the pools/lagoon. Food was actually pretty good for an all-inclusive! I was impressed. Drinks weren’t as impressive, but I don’t usually have high expectations when going to resorts. The older rooms are sort of outdated, but we didn’t spend much time in there so it didn't really bother us that much. The one thing we didn’t like was how loud the hallways were and how you could hear almost everything through the door. We had a big gap between the door and the floor I was worried a lizard would crawl in lol. And unfortunately we had a neighbor down the hall with a screaming infant who they seemed to just let scream cry in the hallway for several minutes at several different points of the day, throughout the entire week we were there. Sometimes even at 4 AM. You could also hear the room service carts being wheeled by as they are very noisy. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would consider going back or staying at another location of this brand.

It was a great experience with all-inclusive package. The food was amazing, restaurants were great with many options. Drinks had too much variety. 24 hour coffee bar open was another attraction that kept the lobby buzzing. The property had daily activities for adults and kids too which was amazing. Nightly Theater shows, dance performances, circus etc made our stay special.

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and this location was beyond perfect. The staff was amazing from bell boy Christian, Roberto. Ivan at the pool was super attentive he made sure we were taking care of. Gigi from the entertainment was excellent keeping the atmosphere percfect. Monserrat checking with us to make sure everything was okay with our stay. I didn't get to visit all of the restaurants but the ones that we did were amazing. The French restaurants had some lamb chops that were delicious i tried to go back the next day but it was closed on Saturday. The Italian Restaurant atmosphere was so romantic and Roberto was so thoughtful at the end of the dinner with the anniversary dessert, just perfect. The plaza for breakfasts was delicious, and their entire staff was extraordinary from the moment we arrive till we left. I wish i could remembered everyones name to give them all the credit they deserve. The ladies at the coffe shop so sweet as well. We received an bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our upgraded room that had the million dollar view to the ocean I even got to see a whale from the room. Everything about this place was excellent . Cant wait to go back with my entire family in the summer.

We travel to Cabo often and we were looking forward to staying at this hotel because we like to stay at the Hyatt hotels. We had great expectations for this hotel however it was disappointing. Our room was in a horrible location and it was extremely loud. All three nights we were there at the hotel had weddings, and at approximately one to three in the morning people would pass by our room, drunk, screaming, and start hitting our doorbell. The hotel manager did offer to move us on our second day, but it would’ve been such a hassle to pick up all our things and move for one more night. At the end of our day, they did offer to compensate us with one free night however we never received the voucher. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for any Hyatt hotel but this hotel to me was very disappointing because we had high expectations and they normally have great customer service. We did not take our kids to this trip specifically because we wanted to rest and sleep in and we did none of that. We returned home more tired than when we left. We literally had no sleep.

The hotel states it has 24/7 room service, yes, but it takes over 3hours to get your food from the time you order it. 2 out of the 7 nights we were there our room wasn't cleaned. Now here comes the shocking part. I used the safe to put our passports & money in it and when we came back to the room the safe was open and there was money missing!!!!. I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel!!

We loved our 8 day stay there! Very family friendly, great food choices, clean resort, friendly staff, and amazing kids club. The kids club was the highlight; with Connie, Andy, Drea, and Nan spending so much time with our kid and doing so many great activities. We’d recommend the hotel simply for this amenity alone. They are the best, most friendly, and most caring people. My only complaint the entire trip was food safety. I got food poisoning on day 2, along with 3 others, at the hibachi grill. Unfortunately mine did not resolve the entire trip, so I could barely utilize the restaurants for the remainder of the trip. However my wife and son were unaffected and ate as much as they could!

the resort itself is sooo beautiful! Very well kept and was massive. Food wise a lot of options , not so much for those with dietary restrictions like vegetarians. As far as the restaurants , all of them except the hibachi one don’t need reservations . They were decent , not anything incredible. The pools are beautiful and there are quite a few spots you can truly relax in. Would come back again to relax .
