The roughest most uncomfortable sheets I have ever slept on. Room smelled so gross. Shower had black mold.

Great charming in with wonderful staff

The front desk staff were polite even when our room was not ready, although it was about 15 minutes past check-in time. They got the room ready close to 5pm. We booked a suite, which was spacious- 2 rooms essentially, one had the 2 queen beds, and the other had a coffee table, sofa, lounge chairs, and desk with space to do work if needed. The shower and toilet were pretty standard. The breakfast was standard as well- nothing special: eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal/cereal, pastries/bread, coffee. The garden with pond with ducks, turtles, and fish was a highlight with the kids. Overall was fine for our 3-day stay

Parking lot is very narrow ingress and egress, high chance of your vehicle getting dinged.

This place was out of control. The poor staff was overwhelmed and had little control or insight over the place, which led to poor service.
