Love the location. I appreciate the fireplace in the front of the hotel and the smores hotel provided, I thought that was unique and awesome! I did not mind the size (petite) of room I booked, however as a woman solo travel I was not comfortable that my room was all the way in the back on the side in which made me feel somewhat unsafe. I even had to call the front desk to get reassurance.

Wonderful property. We stayed at rooms 152 and 158, and they were excellent. Not sure of other rooms. These were renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, they have complementary bikes, beach toys, boggie boards, etc.

One of the worst placed ive ever stayed. We paid over $700 for a renivated room. The place was like a dungeon. Dark, no privacy, no isolation. I could hear everyone from next door and upstairs. We went there to rwst but we got no sleep. We usually do late check outs but In this case i wanted to just get out of there as soon as possible. Will never go back.

I LOVED this hotel so much. I’ve traveled a lot and never stayed at any hotel quite like this one. I was so sad to leave, I wish I could’ve just stayed there forever haha. The room was beautiful, clean, renovated and had a lovely view of the water. There was a park and courtyards between the buildings, dining options, a mini free library, 2 heated pools and every night there was a s’mores bar and hot chocolate from 6-8 and it was so peaceful. Not to mention the best part, it was directly across from the beach. What more could one possibly want?

It was probably the smallest room and bathroom I have ever seen or been in. I’m 78 years old and they put me on a 2nd floor with steep narrow stairs. It was hot and the air didn’t work. It certainly was not worth the price. The only parking was valet at 33$ a night plus tips for the men doing the parking. Not a place I would ever return to.

When we checked in, we received no real details about any amenities. Nothing about s'mores or the fire pit. Nothing about the bistro that appeared closed. The room was TINY. Nothing about this hotel seemed worth the price of the room. The view and location was nice.

Loved the beachfront location and ability to use the property’s bikes to explore the local area. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space for our one night stay. We only used one pool area but found it clean and warm. Really lovely stay and would definitely return!

The stay overall was good. Went during 4th of july weekend. Our room was a but different than the picture advertised. It was not modern like the pictured showed. ( We saw a room that looked like what was shown we booked online while being cleaned) The room itself has not been renovated. The fireplace did not work even though there is a sign to wait 3 minutes. The doors (main door and bathroom) looked worn out as well as some of the furniture:light fixtures, tv stand, decor. Overall, however being close to the beach and having a restaurant (Chad’s) a few feet away made up for it. Everyone part of the hotel was super nice. 10/10 on customer service. Would definitely book again because it has more pros than cons and its walking distance from many restaurants/night life/downtown, close to nearby attractions.

The first room we were in was by an alley on the second floor. Very noise, could not sleep at all. We spoke to the front office and requested a change. Then we were moved to a room by the pool. The TV remote control did not work nor did the coffee maker. We requested for it to be fixed. The rooms ARE really small. The hotel does not have a restaurant/bar/coffee bar. You have to walk to get any food or drinks. I think the price is too high for the quality of the rooms and service. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
