We rented 3 rooms. One room did not have a closet, one room did not have a small blanket on the bed, one room did not supply the complimentary gift bag - we had to ask. We were never notified about the wine tasting in the patio. The staff was very nice and helpful but we had to ask, ask, ask.

The property and the surrounding neighborhood was awesome, well kept grounds. They had coffee and smores available in the lobby. I would have like a few complimentary bottles of water in the room but they were only for purchase. The valet was excellent, he even found a ring that my daughter dropped in the bushes the evening prior, great service!

Hotel Milo is across the street from the ocean. A few minutes walk to Stearns Wharf and State Street. Jeannines’s is an excellent breakfast cafe located on the corner. Ask for a room with an ocean view or garden view. We had an alley view where the valet parks, etc. There is construction — so make sure you get a quiet area. Our room was nosy early in the morning.

This property is close to State Street which is great for walking to shops and restaurants. However, this property is right on the main road, it is very loud with traffic. The property is a motel conversion is not entirely up to date. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The mini fridge did not work, the AC does not stay on. With the noise from the traffic, staff and guests, it was very hard to get restful sleep.

The location is great and the staff was very nice. The rooms aren't too fancy, but it looks like they are updating some of the buildings/rooms. Overall, great spot and I would stay again.

Great location! Place was very clean and the a/c was great. The pool was fresh and was in the sun which I loved. The cabanas were really cute! Staff was really friendly. Only giving 4 stars for the valet which was $32 per day. The parking lot is so small so we could’ve literally parked our own car ourselves. Also, for the water pressure in the shower, it would fluctuate to really low or really high. So it was a bit annoying especially if you have longer hair. But overall, I would stay here again. Aesthetically, it’s the prettiest hotel I’ve seen in SB, with the flowers draping over and colors.
