Can’t beat location , easy walk from train station , great breakfast restaurants on each side. Situated between harbo and wharf, great views, loved the hot tub and ocean view from our window. Easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go. Boom it can’t go wrong!

Rooms were nice, spacious, & clean fire place in the room was really nice. Odd thing was the shower only had one door not sure if thats on purpose but usually there are 2 sliding doors. Also disliked that it only has vallet parking for $32 a day & they dont automatically help you take your luggage to the room. Some of the rooms are a little walk away from the main entrance. I feel this was over priced for the quality. I won't stay here again.

It’s very much a motel… our room was very dated and smelled moldy. if you get the room for $150 it may be worth it for the ocean being next door, but 400/night is outrageous!!! Would not recommend

The hotel, overall, was wonderful. The location was perfect , the staff was friendly, and the facility was clean. The one negative was the on location restaurant, Chads. We used to go there when it was Sambos and we loved it. When we went to Chad's, the serving staff was so unattentive. We were skipped over several times, so that the staff could help other folks who arrived later. The person next to me was complaining about the quality of his breakfast and the rest of the folks didn't have food and looked like they had been waiting for a while. The only good thing about it, was that it forced us to walk a couple of blocks to Jeanine's, a wonderful breakfast spot.

one night visit

We have always loved This property throughout all the changes of ownership, We stayed one night (a Monday) on our way to see our daughter. Our room was on the first floor behind a bush with a view of nothing. That actually would have been fine as we love to walk and get outside, but the reality is that I am paying the same amount as second story with a view of possibly the ocean or even a parking lot. We will not stay here again. The amount of money for that room on a Monday was not in line with my expectations. We will focus on a new city with so much to offer.

You can hear every little sound from your room…updtairs, next door, from the pool, etc. wouldn’t stay again too hard to sleep. It’s a great location if you’re not a light sleeper. The bed was average, not good but not bad.

Great location with lots of dining options within a short walk. Beautiful view from the common meeting areas near the front of the hotel and the lobby is very welcoming. Rooms were a good size with lots of natural light. There was problem with the hot water in the bathroom. The water was only lukewarm at best which was unpleasant.
