We enjoyed our stay here. The valet was included with the room price. We handed the keys to the valet and didn’t drive again until we checked out 3 days later. We walked to museums, shops and restaurants the whole vacation. There is a daily happy hour in the lounge. The heated pool was nice in the cool October weather.

Lovely facilities, friendly staff. The newly renovated pool area is beautiful. Walking distance to all the old town attractions. Couldn't be happier with this choice.

Great location, very good staff. The food was very inconsistent. Chicken tacos without the chicken. Eggs benny, one day good the next day terrible. Turkey sausage like a tough rubber tire.. The rooms lacked electrical outlets for recharging our devices. No counter space in bathrooms. Wi-fi was out for 2 days. We would choose another hotel on our next trip to Santa Fe.

The property is in a great location for walking the downtown area. The hotel is beautiful, common areas are very well maintained, but the rooms feel out of place. Based on the outside and lobby/bar area, I expected the rooms to be just as nice. And was disappointed to find that the rooms felt very dated. Valet was easy and convenient. And all the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. The pool is heated and felt comfortable even on a chilly evening.

Room heating is noisy. Church bells woke us up at 7am every day. Not very hot water in shower. Had to pay $38/day for mandatory valet service. Room is cave-like (dark) with patio door only, no windows.

We like the Inn and have for 40 years. But it needs refurbishing. The room needs an update - same decor from 20 years ago. Bar service is good; room service is fair. No self-parking and the resort fee is a junk fee. Internet is slow and problematic. Advantage is location.

The general manager was very helpful. The lobby and pool are beautiful. The rooms were nice but needed some updates for the price paid. The bathroom was very outdated and the tiny balcony had an old table/chair. Btw..breakfast was great, but not free outdated⁰oand the thth

One of the beat suites we’ve ever gotten. Large patio with spectacular views.the only thing that bugged me was the room service trays that would endlessly sit about. They really need a system to collect the detritus!
