Horrible staff at Ramada

Moved from original room because TV and house phone did not work. Second room - woke up the next morning with bites on my face arms and hands. Staff declines to help me in resolving the situation. Had to contact the registered agent and then was given credit on my account for the stay. Did not appreciate the insensitivity of the staff. I had to go to urgent care for prescription and when I returned home a doctor visit with more medication. The staff would not provide me with the exterminator report or the hotel policy stating I would not be allowed to reviewed the report. Ramada is off my list and friends and family have been aware of our dissatisfaction.

Ants the kjnute i walked in, the bed smelled like stinky feet, the shower drain had hair and the coffee maker had an old coffee filter still in it. I will let you know if they made it right!!!!

Not bad for the price

The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. It was a basic continental offering with a slice of pizza. The desk furniture in our room was older and somewhat chipped. I think it’s time for some refurbishment.

Check in was easy, the lft was taking ages to open and close. The gym was non functional, please do not market it. The conference room was leaking and we were asked to move out as we were trying to kill some time - a staff asked us to move out and have to pay for it. I did not realise a leaking room needed to be paid for.

Homeless not seen at the property The room was spacious with enough electrical plugs for charging. The check in not happy ($), he was working. He did not mention a breakfast and/or the hours. I assumed it was 6:00 AM, and it was opened. I assumed it was a full breakfast but it was a very limited Continental. One container/frig was empty. As I was leaving it looked like sausage pizza was placed in the empty container. When entering the room after check-in I looked in the restroom and thought the sink was a designer sink. After returning from dinner to wash up The Designer Sink had two long hairs observed when close up!
