The Hilton is the best hotel you can find in Santa Marta all this close and very convenient. the Staff was amazing with us we loved our stay there, surely our next visit would stay there again

The hotel, room, and staff are very nice and the location is excellent but coffee for the "in-room" coffee maker was only complimentary for the first night. A little ridiculous for $250/night hotel. I couldnt even buy coffee packages for the room. Every morning I had to get dressed and go down to the restaurant to get coffee to take back to my room before I could relax and enjoy the wonderful, ocean, beach and harbour view.

Average hotel

We arrived at 3H30PM and check-in was at 3PM and the room was not ready. We had to wait 30 minutes at the bar with our luggage. Additionally, we requested a wine opener to open our wine bottle and it was broken. We had to wait in the lobby for almost 1 hour before they found one. It is not the service expected from a Hilton.
