I had a pleasant stay. I was very disappointed because I booked an ocean View room with balcony but I was given a room with partial ocean view. I didn't get the room that I received and paid for. I was too exhausted to complain. Next time I will stay at your hotel. I will make sure that I get the room that I booked

Very clean, great location. The only thing is I booked an ocean view room, I get to the room and it’s a city view. When I spoke with front desk they told me they don’t offer ocean view. I showed him my reservation and he said “I don’t know what to tell you, we don’t have ocean view.”

Good shopping. Easy walking. We got a partial ocean view after they tried to give us a no view room. The room was clean and the housekeeping was very consistent and thorough. The check-in process was less than ideal. We had to wait a long time for the room and they gave us one with no view. The key card kept on locking up for no reason so we had to go down to get them re-keyed.

Housekeeping was very consistent and friendly when we did see them as we walked pass a couple times, always a friendly aloha-makes a difference. The check-in staff were nice with smiles when they're not currently typing. The guys outside; I did not make a single interaction with whatsoever, no hello or anything, especially that's who you see when you first arrive, (or return), that in itself can make for an impression. Otherwise, clean, convenient to shopping mall and well priced. Didn't use any of the amenenties so I can't review. Overall will I consider returning for next stay? Yes.

The location is close to Ala Moana beach & shopping (groceries, Target, Walmart too). It's walkable to Waikiki, but you'll get your steps in! We were given two refillable bottles for the filtered water stations (something new that wasn't done in the past). They did an excellent job refurbishing the property, esp the rooms. It felt more resort- like than it did my previous stays. I will likely stay here again, and I visit a few times a year.
