We opted for the valet service, they were quick and courteous! There was no waiting during the times we checked in at 9:00 pm or when we checked out at 8:30 am. The front desk staff was courteous as well! We will return to stay in the future.

Overall my stay at the Hotel was nice except the staff. The morning of checking in, I called asking to upgrade my room from a 1 bed to a 2 bed. They said I had to pay for the upgrade which I was okay with.

We requested no cleaning during our stay but I have recommendations: Fixtures should be dusted, The blinking blue light under the air conditioner should be eliminated, More than 2 sets of towels should be in the room occupied by 2 people, Baseboards in bathroom should be cleaned or replaced, 2 luggage stands should be provided Clock with alarm should be adjustable or include instructions on how to correct the time TV instructions should be provided More than one roll of t-paper should be provided for a one week stay A small table with reasonably-sized 2 chairs should be provided--the bulky chair was unnecessary Compared to the Waikiki Tower rooms, overall, I was less impressed with the Kona Tower rooms Housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful when we had specific requests for supplies and help with adjustments.
