Property is unkept! Very moldy smell and they tried to hustle us into upgrading for a fee and the only difference with the upgrade is there wouldn’t be any carpet in the room. So we didn’t get the upgrade. Pool area was unkept facility is nice but it’s poorly kept. Staff is okay but could be better. I feel like I was catfished the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures at all. The moldy smell was horrible and we got stuff in the elevator due to power outage. Very dissatisfied with the stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about the property, staff, and service. However, this is the second time my credit card has been compromised following a stay. While I can’t say with certainty that the hotel was the source, it was the only place I used my card on both occasions. Coincidence twice? I’ll let you be the judge.

Outdated property. Staff was nice. Food at buffet is expensive! I recommend adding the breakfast option to your stay. Room service pricing was reasonable. The pool was nice. The parking lot gets overcrowded in the evening because residents from the area have access to the hotel gym and pool. It was ok but I will stay at another location when I visit the country again.

The welcoming guest at the front lobby and baggage handler was amazing!! They had a smile each day that made our day and were very friendly, polite and helpful!! Lifeguards a pool staff were very vigilant and friendly! House keepers always kept the room clean and stocked !
