I have loved the Dominican Fiesta hotel for years! This was my 5th week staying there, on 5 trips to Dominican Republic. Very nice! I love it.

For the price per night, it's excellent... But everything else needs some retraining. The food is overpriced and subpar. The customer service is non-existent. Multiple times I was told by different staff members. Sorry I don't speak English. Why are you working the front desk if you don't speak English? Multiple issues with my room that we're never fixed and took many days for someone to even show up to fix one or two of them. Aside from that, the amenities like the giant pool, the hot tubs, the tennis courts, the basketball courts, the soccer field, the very large gym... All of that with the price per night does weigh heavy on my split decision for this hotel. Wouldn't recommend more than just a weekend.

Bad, the front desk staff didn’t know give information, in the room never changes the dirty towels. The a/c in the hallway didn’t not working at all the times. The edification is too old need to be renovated. I was Bad experience. The team don’t has coordination. The refrigerator in the room was empty and front desk wanted that I pay. I don’t used nothing was empty

Staff at lobby desk gave me a very difficult time with check in. They wanted full payment upfront and when I told them I was told it was due at the end they didn’t want to work with me until I got really upset and then they compromised. No information on using the access card in the elevator or how to use it in the room. Just overall poor customer service! Not many people understood English either!

When we did the check-in the young lady at the front desk told me if I wanted to use the mini bar in the room, and I told that we weren't going to use it. Then she told me that if I grab anything from the mini bar it would have a cost. Then she told me that whatever was on top like cookies and other stuff to eat that it was hotel courtesy and that I wouldn't have to pay for it, I couldn't believe it so I proceeded to ask her if the snacks on top of the mini bar was courtesy of the hotel and she replied yes. Well we did the check-out we were told that we owed, because we ate from the snacks. I felt deceived because at first I was told no and then I was told that the coffee, tea, and a bottle of water was courtesy.
