There was a huge construction site next door to our room (high rise building being built). The noise was constant all day and unbearable in addition to construction workers looking directly into our room all day every day. There was no mention of this prior to our arrival, nor on our arrival, and no discount was offered in relation to this major issue. By day 2 we couldn't stand the constant extreme noise and asked if there was any chance of being moved to a different room. The staff were all lovely and they moved our room however it was a smaller, lower quality room and whilst the noise levels were far better, no discount or compensation was offered. The pool and spa are tiny for the size of the hotel and number of guests it accommodates so both were constantly overcrowded. Gym facilities were quite good and all the staff at the hotel were great. Overall, a poor experience and average at best. I would look elsewhere.

Rooms have been renovated which is great but bathroom has limited storage. Some extra hooks to hang towels and toiletries would be great. Only 2 out of 3 lifts were working which was very annoying. We waited close to 10 mins to get from Pool Level to ground floor as lifts were full.

The room was small but the beds were comfortable..the room was clean, but the shower/bathroom was very small..not much counter space. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean..the price was pretty steep for what you get.

This hotel was a nice hotel, my only real complaints would be I booked a room with a king bed, and was at first given a room with a queen/full it looked really small… mentioned it and they stated the sold out of king rooms and put us in a room with 2 double. Beds were not the comfiest but what hotel is … the a/c was also not great and the room was hot to sleep in. Otherwise beautiful hotel, and location.
